Always love the spacious and nice interior of all Shake Shack locations. This one is at busy English/Yonge area, but quite roomy inside as well. Nice and clean, easy to order from the front desk as usual. The price is a little bit higher, but the food, seating and service justify the pricing.
First time going to a Shake Shack and it was pretty good, this location is very spacious and clean, the staff were nice and the food was pretty good, I will say it's a little on the pricy side for fast food. We got 2 chicken shacks, a veggie shack a side of fries, a sparking raspberry mojito, a root beer and the trophy milkshake (tastes like Bischoff, delicious but is quite sweet) it cost us approx $55. There is an accessible washroom which was clean. Overall would return.

I've always loved the Shack in Union Station and NYC. Visited this location for the first time and was shocked by how bad it was.
I ordered two burgers, a beef and a chicken (I requested no sauce btw). The beef patty was raw -- not just a few spots but the entire thing... Chicken patty was edible but there was an extremely thick and chewy part.
It's on a Tuesday afternoon and the store was almost completely empty. I was the only person ordering food at the time, but it took 15-20 minutes to make two burgers and one of them was raw...
I packed the beef burger and reheated the patty at home -- tasted much better. So at least their ingredients are good?

I went back and had another burger. The Korean burger and Korean fries.
I'm giving it 3 stars this time. The burger was good but the fries were nothing to write home about. Maybe if the prices were 25% cheaper it would be worth it but overall I find it too expensive for what you get.
Edit: I contacted customer service and they gave me a refund. It was an easy process since I took pictures of my order. I bumped service up for this reason.
This was my first time getting shake shack. I was pretty excited for it as my friends were hyping it up.
I ordered the Double Shack Burger for takeout, that's it.
I paid $15 and waited 30 minutes and the burger I got was not worth it.
The meat was burnt and dry as hell. The bun was squished flat.
It came to me with two tiny tomatoes and a sad wilted piece of lettuce.
This burger is probably worth $8 tops, even then I would have sent it back to the kitchen if I was sitting down there.

I really don’t understand the hype. I was excited to finally go as I love smash burgers, but the burger was tiny and just okay. The s’mores dessert my sister got was also just okay. Also not sure how to rate “service” when you order yourself and pick up your meal. The place is cute, but not worth it. Plenty of non-chain smashburger places in Toronto (eg Jabs on St Clair west), where you’ll get a better burger and value for money.
