LOVED this omakase. We went for happy hour and each got the 19 piece omakase and were blown away. Our server was so sweet we loved her, she was very knowledgeable about all of the courses. Can’t wait to go back. (Pro tip they have hot and cold sake on the HH menu)
Great establishment and vibe. The sushi was amazing. Of course we got thr Omakase and it was delicious. All the cuts with rice had the perfect ratio. Nothing was oversaucwd and had just the right flavors. The staff were helpful explaining dishes and sourcing. I would definitely come back to this place.
Prices were fair and actually better than some other omakase places we have had, and we got full. Sometimes we don't get enough food as we'd like with chefs choice. I flet completely satiated. All the fish was fresh and paired well with flavors.

Lovely omakase dinner at Shiro’s 🩷
15 pieces of Nigiri: Most of the nigiri was torched & seasoned with various flavourings, but the taste of the fish still stood out. My favourite had to be the Chutoro and Sardine - i’ve never had Sardine that rich and creamy.
Kaiseki dishes: Super tasty and subtly flavoured. A really nice break from the sushi pieces.
Dessert: Dessert isn’t included in the meal but we decided to order a parfait and opted for the kinako flavour. I wasn’t expecting much but was surprised because it was really really tasty. Cream + sponge cake slices + warabimochi + a scoop of vanilla ice cream and berries on top. Perfect end to the meal so be sure to order!!
Service: Had to be the best part of the whole experience. Chef Taro & Chef Kurisu took great care of us. Every dish and fish was explained in great detail, with info like what kind of fish, origins of it, which part of fish, etc. It made the whole meal a lot more interesting and interactive, and it felt like we were learning along the way. Thank you so much to the team for making our wonderful night!
Overall a really wonderful experience, and would 10/10 recommend it to anyone visiting the city or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The omakase set was very good overall. We were initially concerned that 19 pieces might be too much, but the sushi portions are on the smaller side, which made it easy to enjoy everything without feeling overly full—we even had room to share dessert. While it wasn’t the best omakase I’ve had, the quality was solid and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.
The main reason for the 3-star rating is the overall experience beyond the food. For a restaurant at this price point, I expect the atmosphere to match the quality of the meal. Unfortunately, the decor and ambiance felt quite basic—more like a casual lunch spot than a place for a special dining experience.
Additionally, the restroom situation was disappointing. There’s no dedicated bathroom inside the restaurant—you have to leave, walk through a somewhat sketchy hallway, and use a shared restroom that didn’t feel very clean.
If you’re focused purely on taste, it’s worth trying. However, for me, the overall experience didn’t justify the ~$100 per person price—it felt closer to a $60 experience in terms of both ambiance and setting.

Service was impressively prompt, even though the restaurant was at full capacity when we arrived. Thanks to our reservation, we were still accommodated with a მშვიდ, well-positioned table that made for a relaxed dining experience.
The seafood was exceptionally fresh, and the rice was meticulously prepared in true sushi tradition. The Arctic shrimp were particularly outstanding—delicate, sweet, and memorable. Every course showcased freshness and brought a sense of pleasant surprise.
While some may describe the menu as classic or restrained, I found the execution to be consistently refined and reliable. Each dish was presented with thoughtful explanation, including details about the origin and variety of the seafood, which added an extra layer of appreciation.
All in all, it was a truly delightful experience, and we were very happy to celebrate our birthday there.
