Starbucks

Nice location. Well decorated. Big tables upstairs. But it doesn't seem to have the typical self serve ice water and stuff available on the 2nd floor. Also it is sometimes dirty. They could clean more often between customers. It is also much busier than the starbucks half a block away.

Close to sub station. 3 floors are spacious for many people enjoying coffee.

it is just starbucks. starbucks is always starbucks. but its new one.

Fairly quiet on the weekend mornings, good for studying
