The Beach Plum Restaurant

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Beach Plum. The first big issue was the customer service at the register. During and after ringing us up, the cashier simply expressed her distain for having to be at work then walked away without saying anything—no smile, no eye contact, and no "thank you." It wasn't a welcoming experience. The soda machine was also out of a specific drink i went for, which was frustrating. As for the food, my buffalo chicken wrap was packed with fresh salad mix, but the chicken itself was cold, as if it had just come out of the refrigerator rather than being freshly prepared or at keast warmed up. It was also dry and lacked the spicy buffalo flavor you'd expect from a buffalo chicken wrap. I've enjoyed Beach Plum in the past, which is why this visit was so disappointing. Consistency is important, and unfortunately this experience fell short of the standard I was expecting. I hope this was just an off day, but i doubt it, because I'd like to see the quality and service match the reputation Beach Plum has built. I fear this is a chronic issue.
