This restaurant offers a southwest, New Mexican flare to all their menu options and was a great place to visit. The waitress was very friendly and took very good care of us. The salsa didn’t have much flavor, but still tasted fine and the guac was a good addition to the chips. I debated over a few menu options so the waitress recommended the Chorizo Stuffed Chicken and it was really delicious, would certainly recommend. The others in my party also tried their special that day, a crab stuffed lobster dish and the Spooning Rellenos stuffed with shrimp and cheese. They said they also tasted really good. But something I tried a sample of was their roast pork from the Carne Adovada dish and it was really good, I would get that next time. The dessert we got was also really good, the Manzana Sopapilla. Would love to come back, and try more. Nothing was too spicy that I tried, but everything had good flavor.

Wedge salad is surprisingly filling... but how do they manage to drench each layer so perfectly, while maintaining the integrity of the lettuce wedge 💚 PERFECTION!!
My husband had the trio... he said "the shrimp is cooked perfectly, honestly could be the best I've ever had!"...
His tenderloin was butter knife tender.

I don't think that they were prepared for the rush. It don't take long to sit, but it took a while to be served. The rice was cold, but the other items were hot (which we loved). The strawberry lemonade wasn't that good it tasted like dish water but the ginger ale was good. The bathroom was cute and very clean. Such a big selection of food and the prices were right for the amount of food. I had the spooning rellenos & me sister had the salmon with crab. It's was good & so was the beans. Oh yea they will charge to substitute sides $1.30 & if you don't substitute all items you will be charged $5 for the substituted item. For example, my sister kept the asparagus & was charged $5 for the beans and rice. It wasn't told to us at the time of ordering and they were so kind to remove the $5 charge because of that. I do hope to return and try something else on the menu.
Delicious food from New Mexico! A surprising amount of seafood on the menu, which was done well. The room is a little dark, with “mood lighting”, but don’t let that scare you off from this amazing spot. Order your food Christmas Style for the true New Mexico experience. The relleno dishes were the highlights of our meal!
I wasn’t sure what to think when we pulled in here. But I’m glad we stayed and ate. The food was delicious. I got the chorizo stuffed chicken and that sauce was amazing. I would love to go back tomorrow and eat it again. The chips and salsa were great. The service was excellent. It’s a fun restaurant.
