Tiger Chef is a go to for Thai dishes with a Burmese flare. The Tom Yum Soup with shrimp is heavenly. Pad Thai, any of the curry’s and the Tiger Orange Chicken never disappoint. The crab rangoons are creamy and delicious. The servers are always friendly and efficient too. I think this place does a majority of the orders as food service deliveries as I’ve never had an issue getting a table or finding a parking spot. They can make your dish very spicy if you want some heat or they can keep it not spicy at all and there is spicy chili flake at every table if you need an extra kick. The flavors of the dishes won’t disappoint and they are consistent as I’ve come here many times over the years and the food is always absolutely delicious.
I have loved this place and live close to it! I usually get red curry chicken and it’s excellent! Last night it was not great! Taste wasn’t quite as good as before but it wasn’t terrible but almost no chicken and an it was mostly bamboo shoots! I mean an obnoxious amount! I called them and told them but they didn’t seem to get it! Now not sure about eating there! Might try some other Thai restaurants! Tiger Chef is literally across the street from my condo!
Universe doesn’t disappoint!!!
We were on our way to another Thai restaurant when our Lyft driver suggested us to try this place. I thank her and the universe for this suggestion. It does not disappoint at all. We ordered pepaya salad, shrimp rolls, Tom Yum Soup, Tom Kha Soup, and Pork Satay. They have a spiciness level from 1-5 and I went for 4 (having low expectation of the spiciness level). All foods were flavorful and the taste wasn’t shy at all. The Tom Yum and Tom Kha were on point, and we fell in love with the grilled pork satay. They were serious about the spiciness level. I’m Indonesian and I get sweats (happy one) here. This is a highly highly recommended Thai & Burmese restaurant. I applaud the chefs and the service as well. Definitely going to come back for sure. Excellent Pad Thai with Chicken spice level 2 the right heat (1-5 you pick the heat) , pineapple fried rice fabulous, bok choy dish with chicken, Kimchi fried rice, chicken satay, and 1 other dishes my son does the orders we just enjoy ourselves! Taken left over home. Generous portions and all priced well. Will definitely return to this place one the best Asian foods that I have ever had for all of Columbia asian restaurants. Good food!
We always like the food we get here! It was hot, fresh, and quick to come out.
However, there were only a few groups of people and I’m not sure if I’ve ever had such bad table service. Didn’t bring or offer table where or napkins. Didn’t refill our drinks or offer till we were already leaving (and we’d been there a while talking. We were out of drinks since they brought our food). So I’d say kitchen staff great! There was a nice lady who did fine (like a host). But the waiter (pictured) did almost nothing. But this is the only bad experience I’ve had so I didn’t let it bring my review down to where it’d be if it happened again.
