One of the best restaurants in Tel Aviv! I came with business guests from USA, they were amazed and kept saying it's Michelin level. Service was great, food was delicious, lunch price is fair.
There are restaurants that serve food, and there are restaurants that create an experience. Toto belongs firmly to the latter.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into an atmosphere that felt both refined and inviting. The interior design is elegant without being excessive, warm without feeling casual, and sophisticated without sacrificing comfort. The carefully selected music complements the setting beautifully, making the restaurant equally suitable for a relaxed lunch or an unforgettable evening.
The meal began with a fresh salad that immediately demonstrated the kitchen's commitment to quality ingredients. Every element felt vibrant, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the coffee served at the beginning of the meal deserves special recognition—prepared exactly as requested and executed with care, a small detail that reflected the restaurant's overall attention to excellence.
What elevated the experience even further was the service. Anastasia, our waitress, delivered hospitality of the highest standard. Professional, attentive, patient, and genuinely welcoming, she managed to anticipate needs without ever being intrusive. Her service contributed greatly to what became a truly memorable dining experience. My mother was particularly impressed by the level of care, courtesy, and professionalism displayed throughout the meal.
The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Wagyu fillet. It was exceptionally prepared, rich in flavor, perfectly executed, and among the finest beef dishes I have enjoyed in a very long time. Every bite reflected precision, respect for the ingredient, and genuine culinary craftsmanship.
One of Toto's most captivating features is the ability to observe the chefs at work. Watching the kitchen in motion adds a sense of confidence, transparency, and artistry to the experience. It transforms dining from a simple meal into something far more engaging and memorable.
Beyond the food itself, the restaurant excels in creating a complete environment. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, luxurious yet comfortable. The beautifully maintained restrooms, the thoughtful design details, and the charming wine display all contribute to an impression of meticulous care and pride in every aspect of the establishment.
The dessert concluded the evening exactly as it should—beautifully presented, distinctive, and thoroughly enjoyable. It was a fitting finale to a meal that consistently exceeded expectations.
Toto is not a restaurant I had visited often before, but after this experience, that will certainly change. Excellence in hospitality is often spoken about but rarely delivered so consistently across every element of a dining experience. Here, it is evident in the food, the service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail.
This was an outstanding meal from beginning to end, and one I would confidently recommend to friends, family, and anyone seeking a truly exceptional dining experience in Tel Aviv.
Rating: 10/10. An elegant, memorable, and genuinely impressive restaurant that understands that great dining is about far more than what arrives on the plate.

This used to be my favorite restaurant while I was still living in Israel and I didn’t had a chance to visit for a few years, but I finally had an opportunity this last Saturday and at first I was worried because it is completely renovated. The place is absolutely gorgeous. Luckily, there was no need to worry 😂 my favorite signature dishes - the chestnut gnocchi and oxtail’s ravioli- are as delicious as I remembered them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ after eating one of each, we ordered yet another oxtail’s ravioli because it was too good to have only one 😂 we decided not to skip the deserts as we usually do, and we’re happy we didn’t because thy were truly fantastic - the white chocolate ice-cream with clementine and the modern profiteroles 🤩 WOW! This was a magnificent meal!

It's a very nice, trendy, and upscale place. The food and service were great. The meat and all other dishes were incredible, including the fisherman pizza, which tasted great as well. Maybe the interior needs some updating. The tables looked like they had been taken from somewhere else.

One of the best restaurants I have ate in Israel thus far.
First, the food was 10/10. Every dish was just outstanding.
The flavors were unique and extraordinary yet delicious and right on point.
We have 4 dishes, 2 wine glasses and 2 coke and reached 760Shekels not including.
However, we did took one dish for 200 (Sheinp on astick) so not that expensive if you ask me.
Service was very kind and professional.
The head chef even came to our table during the service sn ř
