We had an amazing dinner tonight! Such a calm and rustic Italian vibe. Bela our server was so nice and helpful. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, amazing quality. We can’t wait to go back!

This is what going out to dinner should feel like! The owners are absolutely amazing, the food is so delicious that you don’t want it to end! The ingredients are fresh and top notch, everything was seasoned perfectly and didn’t overpower the taste of the delicious ingredients.
The owner is so talented and you taste it in every bite. We were a party of six and were celebrating my birthday, every one of us were blown away at the quality of our meals. They went above and beyond to make it special. The service was top notch and we have found our new favorite restaurant. What an absolute gift to have this fabulous restaurant in the Hudson valley. Looking forward to the next visit, and certainly feeling so grateful for such a special place. Thank you for my gift and making it such a special evening, the best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had. All of the pasta is homemade and superb! Everyone enjoyed everything immensely! Thank you again!

If I can only recommend one local restaurant, this is the one I rave about. If you know good food, you will absolutely LOVE Via Cassia! The warm atmosphere immediately conveys what the delicious meal will eventually communicate in spades; that there are owners and a team of employees feverishly working to make sure every detail of your experience is the best it can be. But please hear me, this place is NOT pretentious. The food is both world-class and relatable. It is mind-blowing and comforting. If you are anywhere near Hudson, NY please do NOT miss your chance to dine in the best Italian restaurant in the County if not all of Upstate NY!

My husband and I had an amazing time this weekend at dinner - you can feel the Italian atmosphere, delicious food, ample quantities, and wait staff were super friendly.
Warm and professional treatment - The food and wine are outstanding - really Italian flavors. We have travelled to Italy numerous times and this dining experience is so similar. We really enjoyed eating there. I would applaud the Owners (Chef and his Wife) as they stopped by our table as well as other tables to ask our opinions. Mark and Ilse.
