First time visiting this lounge on the left after exiting Duty Free, as we usually go to the other lounge, but it had already closed for the evening.
Unfortunately, this lounge was a disappointment. The food selection was very limited, they only offered 3 hot food. I took one bite of the chicken fingers and they were rubbery, and the pizza was not good either. The only food I enjoyed was the tuna salad & pulled pork sandwich. The carrots and celery were dried out, they were never replenished.
The drink selection was good, and I want to give a special mention to Eliel at the coffee bar, who was friendly and provided great service.
What surprised me most was that around 8:30 p.m., staff started removing the already limited food selection, even though we were told at the front desk that the lounge closed at 9:00 p.m. I spoke with one of the managers about it, but they were dismissive of my concerns.
They set out the food for the next day & it was full, a lot fresher covered in plastic wrap, which was the total opposite what they had at the time we were there.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially compared to the other lounge. It was not worth the money. I won't be returning to this one.
Located in the International Departure area of Terminal 3, Level 1, this lounge is conveniently situated to the left after duty-free shopping, with the front desk on the ground floor just before the food court. (Beside the sushi restaurant)
This newly opened lounge is a great escape from the crowds at Cancun International Airport. The upstairs space has an exclusive, relaxed ambiance that’s perfect for unwinding. One of the biggest advantages is that it stays open until 9 PM, which is ideal if you have a later departure since other lounges close earlier.
Service was amazing from start to finish. The food selection is on the smaller side, but everything I tried was fresh and delicious—which I actually appreciated over a large, mediocre spread. The drinks were a highlight as well, with premium alcohol options available.
It is a smaller seating area, but it never felt overcrowded during my visit, which added to the overall experience. Comfortable seating, complimentary refreshments, and a calm atmosphere make this a solid choice before your flight.
Loved it here and would highly recommend.

Start by remembering you're at an average airport lounge. This isn't a first class-only lounge where your ticket cost $10k.
With that in mind, I thought this lounge was well worth the money (I bought a 3-hour pass at the entrance).
The highlight was the staff- at the bar, cleaning constantly around the space, and very friendly! Even spoke English which was an unnecessary but nice thing for any of us who struggle with Spanish! 10/10 for the staff.
The food is good. It is clearly well prepared and sanitary. It's lounge food- unlimited and exactly what you should expect.
Same for the drinks.
If for some reasons you have no interest in unlimited food & drinks, I would still recommend it for the very comfortable seating & charging outlets everywhere.
For those with dogs or pets, it was a ln excellent experience. I didn't pay attention to their cat policy, but my little french bulldog was welcome to join me in the lounge, even outside of her carrier. Just bring your own bowl for water.
Will come back next time I fly out of cancun.
Overall: well worth it for the money.

Do not pay to go here. If it’s included with your card, then I think it’s worth visiting, but It’s so small in this lounge. They allow 2 guests which is nice. However, that makes the lounge feel crowded. You can hear everyone’s conversation. This is sooo mean, but kids should not be allowed here lol. It’s a small space and I should not have to feel like I am going to bump into a kid.

We love going to plaza premium lounge especially these ones because the staff are always nice, polite and processional. Thanks to Eliel, Luis and Rafael who were nice and professional.
They have only 3 hot items including chicken fingers which were tough, the pizza was okay, the pulled pork was good with additional sauces. I deduct .5 for this.
It can be disappointing that they take away all the food a half hour before closing time. I deduct .5 for this.
However, thanks to the manager Rafael who was accommodating and professional to ask around who needs anything else and made an effort to give us cappucino.
