Don’t be intimidated by the long line. The line moves quickly. As well someone will come out and hand you a menu, so be ready to order as you walk in.
The views from the patio are pretty spectacular.
All the food looked amazing as the hot plates hit the table.
The pastrami sandwich had a good flavor. It most certainly lacked juice, it was just dry unfortunate.
My favorite dish we ordered was the chicken waffles.

Waypoint Café never disappoints! The food here is always amazing. Today we tried the new Enchilada Breakfast Burrito and the Huevos Rancheros—both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. But the real star of the show was the huge Cinnamon Roll; it was even better than expected! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, an awesome atmosphere, and top-notch customer service.

There is simply no better place in Ventura County to grab brunch or lunch. Sitting on the outdoor patio right next to the runway, makes for a truly unique dining experience.
The food is incredibly fresh and the portions are generous. I highly recommend their famous Cinnamon Roll French Toast or one of their savory Omelets for breakfast. If you are stopping by for lunch, the TriTip Sandwich is an absolute must try.
While it is a wildly popular spot and there can be a wait on the weekends, their ordering system is highly efficient. You peruse the menu, order, and pay at the front before being seated, which means your food comes out piping hot and incredibly fast once you sit down.
The staff is super friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. It’s well worth the wait. I will definitely be returning!

I had the chicken and waffles here. It was absolutely the best batch of chicken and waffles I have ever had. So crispy and the extra butter merged well with the chicken which made it very juicy. I highly recommend this order for when you go. In addition the service was efficient and easy. Ordering at the entrance and getting your seat after makes things operate smoothly. There was outside and inside dinning but with all the people it was still a very calm place to eat. Not so noisy at all. I will definitely be going here again.

The restaurant is very nice and we loved watching the planes. The staff are attentive and friendly. They only have one vegan option, so that was extremely disappointing. We would definitely come more often if we had more choices. Bummer
It is wheelchair accessible and has free parking. Be prepared to wait during busier times and you also have to pay upfront for your food before being seated.
