Superb "Nose to Tail" happy hour in Treysar
A spontaneous early dinner in Treysar on September 7. Treysar (which celebrates these days 3 years) in my opinion is one of the best Israeli chef restaurants with top local products and highly creative and smart dishes. This time I built myself a great nose to tail dinner with 3 outstanding dishes. Offal dishes tend to scare a lot of people but chef Aner Ben Rafael Furman creates here wonderful offal dishes. I dare you to try the smoked kidney suet dish. So good. You'll thank me later (just hope it'll stay on the menu).
