Boat Sang, we expected more from you in terms of flavors, but the atmosphere wins.
We came to spend an evening at Boat Sang.
The dishes:
The gyoza - perfect. We ordered twice.
The nigiri is excellent, we ordered twice.
Sushi wrapped in cucumber, we've had tastier versions at other izakayas.
The sushi in general was nice, it didn't reach great heights.
A dish of fried sushi, in retrospect we would have skipped it.
A good experience overall. But we expected more.
