World class Tiki bar, just a bit sad 😢

I have been to tiki bars around the US and the world, and Adrift offers something that I haven’t found often - an extensive and delicious food menu with options suitable for a full dinner. Most have light bites, and some do them well (thinking of you Strong Water in Anaheim), but you can get full on entrees here that all hit. Oh and their cocktails are fantastic too - the Adrift signature is probably my favorite of the night, but you can’t even go wrong with a Mai Tai. Their shots pack a punch, and at Denver altitude, you’ll have a good time!
Our server Alex was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, tiki bar or elsewhere. He was attentive, quick, funny, and made the experience so special. Thank you Alex, you’re a real one.
Here’s why I’m sad 😢 - I collect custom tiki mugs from every bar I go to, and unfortunately as of July 2nd 2026, Adrift didn’t have any inventory of mugs to sell, even though they serve their signature cocktail in a gorgeous mug from their manufacturer Tiki Farm. They don’t have a website for me to buy the mug when it restocks, they don’t have a phone number for me to call to check on inventory, and they don’t have an email either. I would happily pay $50-60 for one of their mugs (and have many times at other bars), but they don’t make it possible. My very kind server (who I tried to bribe in many different ways) told me they won’t restock until November of 2026. I even tried searching on EBay for one but no luck…. If the owner reads this, please please please let me know how I can contact you to get a mug for my collection.
Excellent service and outstanding cocktails. Everything was carefully crafted and with intent. Food was good but a little steep. I wish the Spam Musabi was 2 full peices, not 1 but in half. The Rangoons were crispy and tasty, but I was missing the truffle. Over all very good though.
The whole staff was outstanding and very friendly.
Will definitely go back and check out the patio on a cooler day.

Thanks Adrift for a great Mother’s Day dinner. Complete with fresh flower orchid lei we thoroughly enjoyed all of the tropical and signature drinks. We really loved the Poke nachos and salmon dish the best. The service was great. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. Also it was nice to talk to management about upcoming events. It was not busy when we got there but they were super busy after a couple of hours. I highly recommend the outdoor patio especially for summer time.
The decor and ambiance and theme was great. Highly recommend for those who love tiki bars.

Fantastic tiki bar.
Where to start!?
* Respectable rum collection - if you're not a rum aficionado, this place is a great place to start. (Try one of their flights.) And for those who want to limit their booze intake, they have great N/A drinks as well. (Try an N/A Painkiller.)
* Spectacular presentation on the drinks.
* Great decor - music, lighting, (fake) plants, tikis, paintings, and photos were all on point.
* Very attentive service - even though we were in the back, there was never a moment where I said to myself, "Where is our server?!"
* Great Happy Hour options across food and booze
* Last but not least, the food is delicious -- highly recommend the jerk chicken wings.
I've been to a lot of tiki bars across the US, and this bar beats the average or above-average tiki bar easily.
If I were local, I'd be a regular.
My _only nits_ are I'd like to see them:
1. have paper menus
2. have a larger selection of beverages on the menu - given the rum selection, I don't think they're taking full advantage of what they've got on the shelves.

We try to visit every couple months because we love the vibe, drinks, food, service. It’s especially fun around Halloween when they have themed drinks. We always order the volcano fries and a number of other items (crab rangoons and chi chi with Mac nut are sooo good). We were just in and they were out of a few items, and referenced a management change. I just hope whoever is taking over doesn’t change things, it’s fabulous as is! We’ve had the blond guy server a few times and he’s always great, with spot on recommendations (he said he once got a bad review for dropping the check too early so was still nervous - don’t be, you’re crushing it!)
