Chubby Cattle Hotpot & Sushi - Denver

Came here twice over my 3 days trip, Service was great food was good. The Wagyu was exceptional and delicious, especially for the hotpot cuts. The BBQ cuts however were a little over seasoned and too salty for my taste. The only thing that I think could be improved is the effort placed into prepping the ingredients. So the presentation and cutting of the meat was perfect. But the meat itself was probably frozen before hand after being cut into servings to save on prep time, would be great if it was thawed properly before serving as it would prevent the meat from sticking to the plate served to the customer. The raw sashimi and fish were frozen too (which is good as it eliminates any possibility of parasites) but was not thawed all the way before being served as nigiri or sashimi, leaving it with tiny frozen bits left in the fish. TLDR: a little more effort could be placed in the ingredient preparations, but 10/10 food and service
