We recently visited Bawri for lunch, and the experience was truly amazing. The restaurant has beautiful, aesthetic interiors with a warm and elegant vibe that makes it perfect for a relaxed dining experience.
We started with Mutton Kakori Kebab and Chicken Smoked Tikka, both perfectly cooked and packed with rich flavors. Alongside, the Hibiscus Cranberry Lemonade and Kaji Lemon Ice Tea were refreshing and well-balanced.
For mains, the Bawri Butter Chicken with Bawri Naan was creamy and indulgent, while the Mutton Biryani stood out with its aromatic spices and tender meat.
We ended on a high note with the Masala Chai Cheesecake, which was a unique and delightful dessert. Overall, a wonderful lunch experience with great food, ambience, and service.
I went to Bawri with my sisters for dinner and it was honestly such a good time. Everything we ate was incredible!
We started off with the Mango Bite and Coco Berry drinks; both were super refreshing. For the starters, the Thecha Potatoes were probably the best I’ve ever had, and the Chargrilled Broccoli was so tasty I’d go back just for that.
For the main part of the meal, the Paneer Kofta was so soft it basically melted in my mouth, especially with the Garlic and Lal Mirch Naan. We finished with Jalebi and Rabdi, which they made perfectly. Every single bite was heavenly.

Restaurants in Mumbai's BKC generally don't disappoint and this restaurant proves it once again. Visited with family for lunch and just loved their food and ambience. We tried multiple dishes in both veg and non-veg and they were top-notch. In non-veg we ordered Butter Chicken and Banana Leaf Wrapped Chonak. For Butter Chicken lovers, it's a must-try, and for Chonak fish lovers, it's a decent dish where you get steamed Chonak instead of fried, topped with a thick onion, haldi, and tomato masala gravy. In veg, we tried Gunpowder Paneer as a starter along with other main course items. The Tamilian-style preparation made the starter even more special. Also, they have two types of seating options. One is the normal table and chair seating, and the other is a round table with floor seating, which is different from other restaurants. You can definitely visit here for quality time.

The ambience? 10/10. The food? Definitely worth trying.
⭐ Must order: Potato Basket Chaat, Paneer Khurchan with Stuffed Amritsari Kulcha, and don’t skip the Naga Passion Fruit dessert.
The Gunpowder Paneer was delicious if you like a little spice, and while the Veg Biryani was good, the paneer dishes were the real stars of the meal for me.
Overall, it’s one of those places where the ambience actually matches the food—which honestly doesn’t happen very often. I’d happily visit again. 🤍

Nestled in the heart of BKC, Bawri has a lovely decor that perfectly complements its authentic Indian cuisine. The ambience is elegant yet warm, making it a lovely place to enjoy a relaxed meal.
Every dish was beautifully presented, and the authentic Indian flavours truly came alive in every bite. We started with the refreshing mocktails- Mango bite & Virgin mojito. The Chicken smoked and Smoked Prawns were the best dishes I had, with their rich flavours and irresistible smoky aroma. The chutneys along with it were just so good. We also tried the Malabar prawns paired with Sheermal and Laccha Paratha, which made a satisfying combination. The Tiger Prawns were also good. For dessert we tried the angoori rabdi which had a unique presentation. Crunchy and also creamy. The service was good and overall, it was a delightful dining experience.
