Truly fantastic pizza in Phoenix! The tomato sauce is is comparable to a Napoli pizzeria!
We tried the Marguerite’s and the Hellboy (white pie). We also had the market salad which was so fresh, light and full of flavor.
Can’t wait to come back!
Outstanding pizza, the crust thin and crispy. The sauce fresh and tasty. The fresh mozzarella was on point. Put it all together and you have one of the best margherita pizza's I ever had the privilege of eating. When I return to Phoenix, I will return hungry for more!!!

We lucked out and only had a 10 minute wait after a Diamondbacks day game. I can't say this is the best pizza I've ever had but it is certainly the #1 or #2 Neapolitan style that I've tried. We had a Margherita and the Wiseguy with added sauce. The fennel sausage was a little spicer than I expected at first bite. Glad I got the chance to try it They did mess up our order but promptly remade the second pizza and we got it as we were finishing the first one. They do have a bar next door with a lot more seating where you can wait before being texted that your table is ready.

Incredible food! The best pizza experience you can have in North America. We flew in from Miami just to try, eat and go home. It was worth it! You won't regret it! Wise guy pizza is amazing.

We were in town for spring training and I was looking for wood fired pizza for my birthday. I found Pizzeria Bianco (and cats) on Instagram and had to try it. We started at the bar next door while waiting for our table. As we sat in the courtyard the cats came around but were too busy to socialize. The bartender was helpful with figuring out drinks. We waited less than 30 minutes for our table although the host quoted 40 minutes. Being our first time the server helped us select a salad and pizza and his recommendation was spot on. The margherita style pizza was delicious with a nice crisp to the crust. The caprese-like salad had really flavorful tomatoes and homemade mozzarella cheese. If you like bread theirs is excellent and comes with delicious olive oil. Very good food for a reasonable price
