I celebrated my 30th birthday at Bouquet this year, and if you’ve turned 30, you know it can feel like a pretty daunting milestone.
The Bouquet team made the entire experience feel effortless. They were communicative and game for anything, helping me coordinate everything from setup and decorations to pre-ordering a menu for 30 people.
They even indulged one of my more niche requests, playing Twilight on the projector as an ode to my 13 year old self, and pulled together a last minute surprise cake from my friends. I still think about the whipped cream. Truly a girl's 30th birthday dream.

It's New York at its best: dynamic, welcoming, honest, and unpretentious. First time checking out this cozy spot. I gotta say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. The food was phenomenal! Hats off to the Cheff! The smash burger and fried brussel sprouts are a must! The owner Eric made us feel so welcomed, like we’ve been coming there for years. Well, now we will, and you should too!
A true gem. The wine selection is outstanding, with thoughtfully chosen bottles and great recommendations that made the experience even more memorable. Beyond that, the hospitality is second to none. The owner is one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet, and it shows in every detail of the experience. You can feel the passion and care that goes into creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re stopping in for a glass or staying to explore the wine list, this is a place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommend!
Extremely disappointing. Extremely poor management.
Waited several minutes to be seated. When seated, the chair back was so uncomfortable that it's painful.
Impossible to get any service, never offered any drinks after our first order.
Ordered schnitzel, which was extremely flavorless (needs a sauce), oddly paired with a small cup of rice and a strange small salad. Cooked well, though, and crispy. Unfortunately you can see from the owner reply that they call it "simple," and that a side sauce would "drown" the food, which indicates when the chef needs to learn to improve food pairings.
So loud inside that you can't talk to someone across the table talking at full volume, nearly screaming. The owner calls it a "lively wine bar," but the waiter and I couldn't ever hear each other even when screaming. Poor acoustics worsen the problem.
Why are people at the bar screaming "whooo!" like they're at a college frat party?
One worker hanging out blocked my exit from the bathroom and just stared at me, would not let me pass for a good 30 seconds. Very confusing.
Lots of potential but something needs to be tweaked for this to work. Management needs to be improved, given the their poor response to feedback.
Whatever you do, get the burger! Atmosphere was great and had the best time with a friend. The owner is also so kind and even split the burger for a friend and I, will definitely be back
