We did a walk in with no reservation and only waited like 10 minutes for a table. If you will do that do it right before the rush for dinner and before a storm breaks like we did.
Food was delicious and truly a great bang for your money on disney property. Food was just enough and it was delicious. The Marg trio was only 20 bucks and it was a great size and truly I was feeling the drinks. The vibe in the place was old hollywood and really nicely done. It was a good spot to relax and have a drink.
One of our friends would go there often with his mother so when we go to Disney together we go there for a visit, however the food is not that great especially considering the price.
One of the first things that I look for in any restaurant is if they bring you water when you sit. They don't here. They do bring bread and it's warm and really good.
Everything on the menu is expensive even by Disney standards. I had the beet and goat cheese salad and the stuffed squash which even those are highly over priced and they are at best average.
Our server was very polite and friendly with my niece however he forgot to bring me a refill even though he did notice it and mention it.
If you need to escape the heat and don't mind over paying for average at best food, you can give this place a go.
Personally if it weren't for my friend I wouldn't be going back there.

I really like dining here and do so when in town. It is located inside Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World. Reminds me of the one in California. Check the photos for the atmosphere. The service is always impeccable. Home of the chopped salad. The only place I can get a flight of my favorite port. It is a higher end cost wise but worth it for those special occasions.

Our first visit was about 10 years ago. We are in the area for a conference and decided to revisit the Brown Derby. The hostess was able to move up our reservation a half hour, which was perfect. Our server, ( I think her name is Aimee?) had us in stitches. Her personality and quick wit were quite enjoyable. Food was prepared very well, except for the sneaky extremely hot peppers that were in my side dish for the pork chop. I survived... Our server was so upset about that, she brought me a side dish making sure they were removed. AWSOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!.
Bravo to the entire staff at The Brown Derby.

Stopped by the Brown Derby and was able to bundle it with reserved ticket seating for Fantasmic! Highly recommend.
We were served by Said. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. And started off the meal by explaining both food and beverage menus.
We ordered simple soda beverages with our meal - OJ and Sprite.
For the dining package, guests get an entree and dessert included. Thankfully, Said was able to a complete a small change for me which entailed ordering three apps and yarn having us pay extra if we needed to.
What a smart choice! I was able to try so many different things for my first time here, and they all took me on a flavour journey I have never experienced before! I was so pleasantly surprised by the flavour combinations of each of the dishes and everything was so delicious!
For dessert, I had to get the famous Grapefruit Cake. At first, it was very bitter from the grapefruit. But the more I ate it, the more pleasant it became - truly a flavour combination that surprised me. I pretty much picked my plate clean!
We have been eating through Disney for about 5 days now, and this was by far the BEST meal we have had yet. Ex pellet, and will definitely recommend to future patrons.
