I came here with a couple of friends for a special event being hosted by a different organizer but I still had the chance to try some of their food. I had the chili noodles being sold by the entrance of the patio side of the event. They were super spicy and that was it. Their only flavor profile was spicy/spicy. Noodles aside. the vibes at the place were great, customer service was fantastic and overall the evening was an enjoyable one. Would recommend. 10/10.
Chopsticks were notably dirty with black stuff on it that came off if you rub your fingers over it. Food was nothing crazy, I feel like a little bland. Could’ve used more salt or even a splash of vinegar to the addicting chili noodles as it was nothing but chili. Food took about 20 minutes to come out when we were the only table there. Overall, I think it was a slightly disappointing experience as I love the idea of the food but it fell short. Beautiful interior decoration and our waitress was nice but left more to be desired. Especially after our group of 3 paid nearly $140 for an “meh” experience.
Got there around 7:05. Reservation was at 7. Ordered 15 mins after we were seated. They started serving our food 30 mins after we ordered. The people seated beside us who arrived and ordered after us got their food ahead of us. Food was mediocre. Nothing spectacular. Price isnt worth for what we ate. Too overpriced. Also, we ordered fried rice, and being asian, rice should be one of the first to be served, but they actually served it an hr after we ordered. We had to make multiple follow ups. Then they offered us free dessert because they made us wait. But the free dessert never came.
Truly disappointing in terms of food and service! Never again.
Chifa is one of those rare family-owned restaurants that immediately feels like you’ve been invited into someone’s home for dinner—in the best, most intimate way. The bold Cantonese, Taiwanese, and Peruvian flavors work together so beautifully, and the eclectic decor makes the whole experience feel special and full of character. 🔥
We tried the lomo saltado, wok hei vegetables, dan dan noodles, and the taradito (sashimi)—every dish was packed with flavor and so thoughtfully prepared. Their cocktail menu is just as impressive, with drinks that pair perfectly with the food. It’s the kind of place that’s perfect for date night, but also has a gorgeous private space in the back for hosting events or bringing a bigger group. 🙌
Service was truly top notch—warm, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. I’m already planning my next visit with more friends so we can try everything on the menu. A beautiful, soulful dining experience from start to finish. ❤️
Service was nice but the food came out really really slow. Overall the food was tasty especially the mala hargow and cha siu pork. The Lomo saltado, dandan noodle, and mapo tofu were not bad either. The only thing I definitely wouldn't order again is the zongzhi. It was pretty flavorless and way over steamed for my taste.
