For a place that offers dining in to stay, you serve an egregious amount of single use plastics to your patrons.
By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. Almost all of the plastic that we produce and consume does not get recycled, but rather ends up piled in landfills, burned in incinerators, or floating in our waters. All of this plastic degrades into microplastics that we consume and get sick from.
I found the sheer amount of Trash created here, especially frustrating because you already offer real plates! If you were able to wash real plates, why couldn’t you offer real glassware as well? Or mugs for coffee?
People want to meet here for lunch, but it completely diminishes the experience when that lunch feels so contingent on a complete disregard for this planet.
I made a point to order my sandwich for here, which insured it was delivered to me on a plate. I love that you have that option, but I wish it was communicated to more people. And I wish at your water refill station, you could offer a real cups for people to use.

We love Daily Provisions! Best cruellers in the world, and the classic BEC is iconic. Our order got mislaid, but the staff went above and beyond once the mistake was discovered. Our missing sandwiches were immediately refunded and brought out within minutes, with offers of free coffee too. Always a top priority whenever we come to NYC.
Good breakfast sandwiches, the love child is a bit heavy but tasty.
Lumberjack has a sweet and savory combo which is great but does not carry well, eat asap.

We came here looking for a specific sandwich we saw on a Google Maps review of this spot, and the cashier was super nice & helpful and assisted us with identifying the desired one - the patty melt.
It's a sandwich with a juicy beef patty, American melted cheese and a secret sauce - such a perfect combination for a late breakfast or an early lunch.
We were lucky enough to arrive right before lunch peak, then the place got packed with people, so I recommend arriving a bit earlier than 12 to avoid the crowd.
Delicious food and above average coffee. I was impressed by Daily Provisions, especially by their bakery options. Unfortunately their everything croissant was sold out when we arrived, but the substitution was tasty, even if the sandwich was a bit skimpy on Lox. Seating is very limited, so be ready to take and go. I would come back.
