Very friendly staff! Isaac was awesome, and really friendly. Great experience and date night. The prawns were to die for and the spicy cucumbers were a tasty highlight. Also the chocolate bao buns were a pleasant treat. The food came fast and my drink was always refilled. The service was excellent.
Had an amazing dinner at Din Tai Fung! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish was perfectly prepared, and the Xiao Long Bao were outstanding as in every Din Tai Fung in the world.
A special thank you to our server, Joao, who made our visit even more enjoyable. He was friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service throughout the meal. His warm attitude and professionalism truly stood out.
Highly recommend Din Tai Fung, and we’ll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful dinner at Din Tai Fung (Central Point, London), cozy and modern ambience!
A special shoutout to our waitress, Tika — she was incredibly attentive throughout the evening. She remembered the birthday candle for our celebration and gave excellent food recommendations that truly elevated the experience.
The food itself was amazing — authentic Taiwanese flavors that really hit home. As someone from Taiwan, I can confidently say this is the real deal. Every dish was executed beautifully, and you can tell there’s great attention to detail.
Great service, delicious food, and a memorable experience overall. Highly recommend!

vipe is good, service is well, waiter is helpful however better to come and ask for help actively cuz I just sitting here for 40mins waiting for my main dishes to come and I couldnt ask for help since everyone is busy with dishes collection. I dont know what is the reason but it doesnt seems like not a good situation. (lack of staff?) I got a window seat which i got told will be hot and got the sun which is fine and the front dask doing great job( the ground floor one, not the first floor, idk what is he doing at that moment just passing the ball to the real staff inside.)
Ok lets talk about the food, food not really up to my standard , tried the tw din tai fung, hong kong din tai fung, this time i ordered drunk chicken, spicy and hot soup, main dishes 小寵包, all i can say is chicken is not meeting the temperature, testure and taste. warm, testure the skin is dry( is not even breast) taste too light. spicy and hot soup lack of flavour even with these many ingredients (not normal)
last is the 小寵包,ok standard but expect more, skin is not making well. the inside is ok but as a din tai fung i may not accept that. overall I wont come again as the price and the taste is not matching I am sorry. Side dishes not good i can accept since this is uk, but the main dishes cant be like this level. if you are local people you might take a try is a nice and relax place, but for dinner and food quality i will choose another one. feel free to reply for my comment i accept all thr question. ty
update: ty for the staff that is really nice, bhavta known that i have waited for too long and removed the fee of my lated dishes. but food is the most important keys in my first target and hope i can see more and improvement for the food.

Have been original DinTaiFung at Taipei, Taiwan, love it. Have been DinTaiFung from Toronto, Canada (we are group of 8 from Montreal) also loving it, that's why wanted to try London's but actually a bit disappointed with the famous XiaoLongBao. I find the Bao shrinking in sizes. Actually all the dishes ordered were surprisingly small and taste very normal compared to the taste that I remembered in other DinTaiFung. The hostess were pretty friendly and positioned us to waited 20min at Bar for a big table to sit 8. The waiter has a poker face, not seen her smile during ordering main dishes, nor ordering desserts and especially not coming back to check on us even after gave the sign for paying the bill still havent heard a word from her 😅doesn't speak up when i asked if Mochi bao used same wrapping paste as regular xiaolongBao either.
Classic pork bag was good as usual. The Truffle Bao taste a bit less truffled then i experienced. 2 vege dishes is as small as the plate gets (Adult's PALM size). The drunken chicken has size of a glass cup (10piceses of finger size)
In General, you pay the location more then the food itself.
