We can’t say enough good things about Edy’s Grocer and the experience he gave us for our wedding! We’ve loved Edy’s food for years as regulars at his shop, so once we found out he offered catering, we knew we were in for something special. But what Edy and his team delivered absolutely blew us (and our guests) away.
From the start, we knew we wanted one of Edy’s iconic brown paper boards; it’s a visual feast and a total conversation piece. But once we started dreaming bigger with the menu, it was clear Edy was the right fit for us.
The food? Spectacular. Truly some of the best wedding food we, or any of our guests, have ever had! People are still talking about it. And no one left hungry. Edy personally made sure every table was well fed, well served, and satisfied. During the planning process, he met with us multiple times, walked through rental logistics in detail, and even helped us navigate a venue issue with a smart, budget-conscious solution that still prioritized quality.
The brown paper board was a centerpiece in every sense: stunning, delicious, and crafted with so much care it felt like edible art. The passed hors d’oeuvres were also a major hit, and Edy and his team went above and beyond, from creating custom menus that matched our aesthetic to personally delivering us food during our private vows and at our sweetheart table to make sure we actually got to eat. Guests loved the experience so much that they’ve since booked Edy for their own weddings.
