We absolutely love Frankie & Benny’s! The food is always delicious and fresh, the staff at fort kinnaird are wonderful and going an extra mile every time we visit. Highly recommend!
Eating this because I’m hungry. This was £6.50! Almost the same size as my car key! Tough as leather. 0 stars but had to give 1!

Food was delicious. However our whole experience was ruined by an incredibly rude waitress
We had the free burger vouchers. She said we could only use one when the t&cs said otherwise. Completely dismissive and rude. Wouldn’t even listen to us when we were explaining the t&cs and made us feel embarrassed and like idiots. She went to tell the supervisor who then came over and confirmed we could use both. No real apology from her only and only a tiny sorry because we walked past her. No customer service skills.
The food was delicious but she ruined our experience. Won’t be back to this branch.

We enjoyed celebrating their 30th birthday with the 1995 prices.
Our portions were satisfying and the kids were busy with the coloring sheet at the back of their menu.

Very disappointed with my recent visit to Frankie & Benny's. The portion sizes have become considerably smaller, yet the prices have almost doubled. Unfortunately, this increase in cost is not justified by any improvement in quality or flavour. The food tasted exactly the same as before, with the same menu and dishes, but with what felt like less than half the portion size.
I actually left the restaurant still feeling hungry, which is something I've never experienced after dining here before. It feels like a cost-saving measure that has come from higher management rather than the restaurant staff, but it's not a good decision and risks driving customers away.
The one positive aspect of the experience was the service. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit, and they deserve credit for that. However, excellent service alone cannot make up for poor value for money. Sadly, I won't be rushing back unless the portion sizes and pricing are reviewed.
Lucky this wasn't a special occasion dinner as I would have most likely complained there and then.
