Popped in here for the first time today as I was craving an ice cream. They didn't have any as it was sold out,but instead the very kind and friendly store manager Paddy suggested an iced drink which was perfect and very delicious. I will definitely return again😇🩷
Visited Hotel Chocolat in Covent Garden and absolutely loved it. The store is beautifully presented, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the chocolate is exceptional — rich, smooth, and not overly sweet.
The Hot Chocolat is a must-try, and their gift boxes make perfect presents. A luxurious little chocolate haven right in the heart of London. Highly recommend! 🍫✨
I came for a hot chocolate to warm myself au a little, and I was taken away by the selection variety in this shop. I was taken even further away by the unbelievable taste of the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate that I got there, on recommendation of the most friendly staff.
I stopped by to have a hot chocolate (milk chocolate specifically) and it tasted incredible! There are also a few seats available which I was lucky enough to grab but otherwise you’ll need to have your drink standing or on the go. The hot chocolates here taste really good - you can tell the chocolate is high quality and prepared well. The staff are also courteous and working hard in this Christmas season. The shop is lovely to browse through and even though the chocolate is a bit more expensive, I think it’s well worth the price as a bit of a special treat or for gifting. I’ve received positive remarks from family who’ve been gifted chocolate from hotel chocolat.
