Went around 4pm on a Saturday with some friends and the restaurant was lovely and quiet, as if we had it to ourselves.
Both myself and a friend opted for pizzas wishing we felt were cooked to perfection. I just went for Margarita and I feel you can’t go wrong. Another friend of ours opted for the pasta and had no complaints. Both friends also had the homemade tiramisu (it isn’t for me) but came highly recommended.
My main driver for wanting to leave this review was actually the service. We were served by Alessandro who was friendly and kind and just really added to the overall experience making us feel comfortable and looked after in the space
Had a lovely dinner at Il Bacino. The atmosphere was warm. The starter was delicious with a very generous portion. I also enjoyed the crab ravioli. The gnocchi were slightly overcooked, so not the standout dish of the evening. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall I would recommend it.

The food can be nice but overall The staff/management Alessandro was a very rude disrespectful man, playing the language barrier with me with my order and a hidden surcharges on my bill which I thought was sneaky and sly.
I wasnt notified by him, nor any signs displayed about hidden surcharges.
Ive noticed his name being brought up on other reviews that bring a bad name and service so be wary and careful with this person as he seems the sneaky type bandit with a suit on that rips customers off.
Not a good reputation to have in the wapping area so never again as there are other fine italian resturants around that treat customers with respect.

Have been to this restaurant on a number of occasions and always impressed with the food, drinks and overall service. Would highly recommend taking a look at the specials which regularly change and are always fantastic!

Usually everybody goes for the pizza and pasta but we had the sirloin steak and the salon sliced with rocket etc. And it was absolutely delicious. We got a recommendation from Alessandro the waiter for red wine and he suggested a delicious Chianti. Also, art and Daniel were fantastic waiters and they provided us all the information that we needed and we are very much appreciated for all of the staff and service.
Is I cannot recommend this place more five stars. Very for everything
