Very good Margherita pizza — definitely one of the best I’ve had in Alicante. The ingredients were fresh, the crust was perfectly cooked, and the flavor was outstanding.
Beyond the food, the service made the experience even better. Belén was absolutely amazing: friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my visit. She made me feel valued as customers and added a personal touch that is becoming increasingly rare.

The best vegan pizza we've eaten. The dough was just excellent so light due to the slow fermentation when they make it. The toppings were sensational, the pea puree was pure magic with the almonds, rocket and tomato paste...I don't normally eat a whole pizza, I tend to leave the crust and eat the middle, as so many pizza crusts are tough...But at Infraganti I ate every morsel it was so irresistible not a scrap was left.
We are back in Alicante next year and we will be heading back to Infraganti for more pizza..no wonder it's won awards for being in the Top 50 pizza places in Europe.

We visit pizzerias from top50 ranking lists all over the world and of course had to visit Infragranti.
We made a reservation for 20:00 on Friday and it was a good choice, there was a long queue by 21:00.
We tried focaccia and traditional pizzas. The topping and texture of the middle was really good, bog plus for enough olive oil. However, the crust tasted too much like bread. Some parts were good and soft, some parts too hard and burnt.
Unfortunately, they didn’t offer any selection of Italian sodas or drinks.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The pizza itself is not the best we have ever had but is still decent and I believe we would come back if in Alicante.
Infraganti Pizza Bar delivered one of the best pizzas we’ve had in Alicante! Authentic Neapolitan style with soft, puffy dough and fresh toppings the pizza roman and pimpum are so good and flavorful as well as the parmigiana and our pistachio pizza for dessert. The resto had this cool vibe, open kitchen to watch the action making of the dough plus the crew are friendly and quick service although it gets busy, just book ahead! All in all a Top tier pizza spot, ranked among Europe’s best multiple times. Must try for real Italian pizza fans in Alicante. We’d definitely go back! 🍕
Amazing food, atmosphere, and service! I came here with my mother and brother, and we had the best pizza experience. The pizzas were delicious, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. I’d also like to give a special thank you to Maria for her amazing service. She was friendly, attentive, and made our visit very enjoyable. Highly recommended
