We had a wonderful family meal at Ixchel and thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish.
The food was authentic, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Every member of the family found something they loved. Our favourites were the guacamole with totopos, the prawn quesadilla, and the incredible tres leches cake, which was the perfect way to finish the meal.
The service was excellent throughout; attentive, friendly, and welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, with a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel as though you've been transported somewhere special.
If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, fantastic service, and a truly lovely dining experience, I would highly recommend Ixchel.
Had such a lovely time at Ixchel! The food was honestly amazing, every dish was so full of flavour and everything we ordered was delicious. The cocktails were great too and the atmosphere was really nice.
A big shoutout to Diego for looking after us. He was so friendly, attentive and made the whole experience even better. Nothing was too much trouble and his service was genuinely excellent.
Will definitely be coming back and would 100% recommend!

I absolutely loved the experience. The menu was outstanding, with such creative and unexpected flavour combinations. From fresh salads and an incredible dessert—every course was a delight.
The interior is beautifully designed and incredibly stylish. The moment you step inside, you completely forget you’re in the middle of London. Instead, it feels like you’ve escaped to a boutique restaurant in Tulum, surrounded by a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
A truly memorable dining experience that I can’t wait to repeat.

We had an incredible afternoon—an explosion of flavors on the palate. Jhonatan, the waiter, was incredibly professional and friendly, and the bar manager Manuel, provided spectacular service; they were always focused on ensuring we had a great time.

We celebrated a birthday at Ixchel and loved the experience. Delicious food, service was attentive and there was live music/DJ on a Friday night. Definitely memorable.
