We went to LAGO for breakfast and loved it. It’s a beautiful little restaurant with amazing views of the front of the hotel and the fountains. The coffee came with these adorable stirring sticks coated in candied brown sugar — such a small touch, but it added the perfect amount of sweetness.
The American breakfast and the eggs Benedict were both delicious, and we shared a tiramisu that tasted exactly like the ones we remember having in Italy. Our servers were warm and friendly, which made the experience even better.
Safe to say we’ll definitely be going back before we leave!
Lago is located right inside the Bellagio, and it’s definitely a nice dinner spot if you’re in Vegas. The ambience is really good, and the views are a big part of the experience. If you get the right spot on the patio, you can get a really nice view of the Strip and even the Bellagio fountains, which makes it even better.
Another nice part is that the casino is right outside, so it’s easy to continue the fun after dinner. Personally, I think this place is much better for dinner than daytime.
For food, we tried a few things and really enjoyed them. The Fritto Misto and Octopus from the antipasti were both really good. For contorni, the truffle fries were honestly perfect. We also tried the Margherita pizza, and that was perfect too. For the entrée, we had the Lobster Risotto, which was really good as well.
Overall, it’s a great spot for a date night, especially if you want a nice Vegas dinner with a good vibe and view.
Reservation recommended. Not sure if they entertain a walk in!

My family and I had an amazing dinner on our last night in Vegas at Lago. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back! Our table had a fountain view and it was right by the window! I think it was pure luck we were seated here. We made a reservation, but I had asked about outdoor seating and it was fully booked out for the night due to large parties, so I asked for a inside fountain view instead and we got seated at the perfect table for a party of 4.
The food was incredible and we loved our waiter as well. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the focaccia bread to start off with and had a few drinks. I ordered a hugo spritz and it was pretty good! For our entrees, I ordered the special, which was truffle pasta. I’ve always wanted to try truffle even though it’s expensive (as is everything in vegas lol but it was $75). I had steak for lunch and I don’t like seafood so it was the perfect option for me. I thought it was some of the best pasta I’ve had!! For dessert, we ordered the tiramisu and it was pretty good. I’ve had better homemade tiramisu before, but it was still worth it. I felt like there was more whipped cream than the actual tiramisu. The ice cream that came with it was great as well.
We also got lucky and watched the Air Force Thunderbirds fly over the strip at 7:20pm. This made dinner a lot special! Had no idea this was happening until the day of. I also felt underdressed in shorts, so I would dress up more next time. Overall, Lago has great views, drinks, and food. We will be back!

I had a lovely experience at Lago. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, with beautiful waterfront views that make the whole dining experience feel special. The food is well prepared and full of flavor, with a nice balance between classic and refined Italian dishes. I especially enjoyed how fresh and high-quality the ingredients tasted. The service was attentive and welcoming without feeling overbearing. It’s a perfect spot for a date night or a quiet dinner, and I would definitely come back again.

This review is solely based on the FOOD. Because everyone can see that the location and views are spectacular. But the cuisine, not so much!
I ordered the Caesar salad, which came soggy and was mediocre at best. I also ordered the vegetarian lasagna, and it too was mediocre. You could tell the pasta was cooked al dente (which is how I like it) and the scarce amount of sauce tasted pretty fresh, but none of it stood out to me. My wife was in the mood for lobster all day, so she went with a plain spaghetti dish with a half lobster. She literally pulled out only a few small pieces of lobster leaving her yearning for more. She left almost all of the spaghetti because she said it was overbearing with tons of large pieces of garlic. Her dish alone was regrettably $100 just by itself. To say our meals were disappointing would be an understatement.
Classic example of a restaurant that has great views with underwhelming food. In addition, the menu did not have a good assortment of dishes to choose from. The only memorable part of Lago was the view of the Fountains, while the food was the part we would gladly like to forget.
