We were a group of 4 people, came over for a dinner on a Saturday.
Initially we were seated in the upper floor, and we were kinda bummed it was next to the toilet, also where you can't really feel the good vibes this restaurant is so well known for.
It took the hostess literally 2 minutes to understand the situation, and she suggest that we move to sitting at the chef's bar, right in front of the open kitchen where everything happens in front of you.
Elad the chef was so welcoming and friendly, and it was absolutely the most perfect dining experience, definitely 10/10 on that aspect.
The food itself was beyond expectations - we shared all of the dishes, and Elad was so considerate to split them to small plates instead of serving them in one plate, which contributed so much to the entire experience, and it was very well thought.
He also guided us through the menu, and pointed out the dishes that would suit us the most, and they were all on point, no disappointments at all.
Since we sat on the bar, it was amazing seeing how the kitchen operates - the professionalism, the good vibes of the staff that affect the restaurant's vibes and the BTS experience of actually seeing the food put together.
I definitely think this place is 100% worth the hype, and there's a very good reason that it remains such a staple in Jerusalem's culinary scene.
Can't wait to come back!!
