We had a wonderful meal here in honor of of my mother in law’s 88th birthday! The service was friendly and efficient and the servers were knowledgeable about the preparations. The manager was helpful, enthusiastic and entertaining! The food was excellent….well prepared and beautifully presented. The quantity was perfect. The setup is very nice, spacious and well appointed. I am looking forward to forward to coming back here again very soon! Excellent place.
I recently visited Nisaba for the first time, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience. Since it was our first visit, we were a bit confused about what to order, but the waiter was extremely helpful and guided us in choosing some really great dishes. Every single thing we tried was absolutely delicious.
I must especially mention their fish and chicken curry it was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, they suggested a dessert… and oh my, it was amazing!! The fried RAS MALAI is a must-try super yummy and something you will absolutely fall in love with.
The staff was very polite and attentive, and the ambience of the place was warm and inviting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be visiting again 😊
My third visit to Nisaba since it opened in January this year. This time I took along a few guests who have been huge fans of Chef Manish Mehrotra from his Indian Accent days, and they were absolutely amazed by both the food and the service.
Nisaba is anything but Indian Accent. While you may find some flavours familiar, the food is truly delicious. Indian Accent at around ₹7,000 per head (plus taxes) now feels difficult to justify, especially when Nisaba is just around the corner, costs roughly a third as much, and, in my opinion, serves even better food. Chef Manish has outdone himself. No paraphernalia, no fancy presentation, no gimmicks - just seriously tasty food.
The wine list is impressive. A friend at our table tried two of the cocktails, and both were absolutely brilliant.
The restaurant interiors are minimalist, warm and understated. Love the vibe of the place.
Already looking forward to my fourth visit.
I first went to Nisaba for an early tasting and loved it so much that I made sure to visit again when I came from Singapore to Delhi. The food is Indian but with such creative and delicious twists that make every dish feel special.
The paneer pakora was a standout - classic flavours but with beautiful layering and a unique spin that made it unforgettable. The drinks selection was also really refreshing and different from the usual options you find elsewhere.
But the biggest surprise for me was the spinach raita with sesame seeds — what an invention! The thinly sliced spinach with the creamy raita was such a unique combination and honestly hit all the right notes.
Another hit was the jhakia aloo - very hard to resist, very appetising.
And the desserts were finger-licking good. The dhoda burfee brownie with ice cream was absolutely incredible, and the baked rasmalai was equally amazing.
Overall, every dish was packed with flavour and creativity. Nisaba is absolutely worth visiting if you want Indian food with a modern twist.
Huge kudos to Chef Mehrotra for his personal touch in every dish and his warm hospitality. He visited us multiple times during the lunch and made sure we were fed well and looked after. Everything was on the table was perfect and the team did a great effort to make our experience memorable. I can’t wait to visit again :)
An out of the world curated meals experience by Chef Manish Mehrotra.
Each dish is an experience in itself. The cocktails are so different. Service standards are what one would expect in such a place.
Definitely worth another visit for the dishes we couldn't try then.
