A bit outside the city center, this place feels like a true hidden gem and definitely worth the short trip. The space is intimate and beautifully designed, with an open kitchen at the entrance and a few cozy dining rooms that create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
You can really sense the attention to detail—not only in the food, but in the overall experience, from the orchids on the tables to the thoughtful explanations of the ingredients and techniques.
We chose the short tasting menu (5 dishes, around €75), which offered excellent value for money. The cuisine is seasonal, with influences from French, Japanese, and even some Nordic touches.
Overall, it’s a refined yet welcoming dining experience, full of creativity and personality. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something a bit different from the usual spots in Madrid.
We went to OSA in Madrid for my birthday on October 11, 2025, and it remains one of the best experiences we’ve had at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The service was absolutely impeccable — professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. For one evening, we truly felt like part of the OSA family. We had the opportunity to connect with passionate hospitality professionals, which made the experience even more meaningful and memorable.
On the culinary side, we discovered extraordinary wines and minimalist dishes that were precise and straight to the point — a refined culinary sensibility that I particularly appreciate. A special mention as well for the house-made charcuterie selection, which was excellent.
And above all, the dessert was unforgettable: a scoop of blue cheese ice cream and another of chocolate — bold, perfectly executed, and truly memorable.
Thank you again for the warm welcome and this outstanding experience. We will definitely return as soon as we have the opportunity.
OSA – Madrid
A truly special start to our Spain Italy trip. The townhouse on the banks of the Manzanares is full of charm, and chefs Jorge Muñoz and Sara Peral showcase bold creativity rooted in Spanish seasonality. Highlights included the smoked eel with roe on rye, red mullet amasake, and stuffed pig’s trotter, each dish elegant and full of depth.
Service was relaxed yet flawless, the wine list exceptional, and the whole experience perfectly balanced between creativity and comfort. OSA sets the tone for modern fine dining in Madrid and was the perfect way to begin our journey 🇪🇸✨
Osa is all about the food—and the way it’s delivered makes the experience feel effortless. Every dish is precise and clean, with incredible attention to flavor and texture. The seafood is especially delicate, the sauces are deep but restrained, and nothing feels overworked or unnecessary.
The service matches that elegance perfectly. It’s smooth, calm, and intuitive, with just the right amount of explanation. You feel taken care of without ever feeling watched. Osa is refined in a very natural way, and that quiet confidence is what makes it special.
A gem in Madrid! A best-in-class and extremely welcoming team supporting the talent of both chefs and the quality of the ingredients. We had a fantastic time at Osa!
