Perry’s Steakhouse And Grille

I finally got to try Perry’s last night for a lovely dinner with some friends. I had heard a lot of mixed reviews since they were still new and wanted to wait till they had some time to work through some service issues. We started with some drinks at the bar before our table was ready. Tyler was our bartender and took good care of us. We had some delicious espresso martinis. We made it to our table, we had a larger party but our server worked hard to take good care of us. Our drinks were tasty and delivered promptly through out the night. There was no bread service which I thought was odd for a steakhouse. The place was busy and it did take a while for our food to come out. I had the seabass and it was delicious but barely warm by the time it came out, and our grilled veggies were barely cooked and super crunchy. I felt the price was really high for the quality and portion. Just for me without drinks or tip my piece of fish and veggies was $72. I do like the restaurant, it was really beautiful and upscale, I just wasn’t blown away by the food. I will return, maybe try to hit up happy hour or try some other food options.

First time to visit Perry's steakhouse in Gilbert and was not disappointed. The guys at the valet made parking a non issue. I'm glad we had reservations because the restaurant was packed and the buz of conversation sounded like people having a good time. Jeanette was a true joy and quickly got us going with cocktails and the scallop appetizer. Both were a great start to what proved to be a wonderful meal. I had to try the pork chop and was very happy with maybe the best pork chop ever, paired well with a glass of Tempranillo. My partner had the sea bass and a glass of Pino. He was equally pleased with his choice. After deserts and Expresso Martinis, we both decided. Food, atmosphere, and service were all on point. We will be back for sure. ☺️

We had a phenomenal dinner and date night! From start to finish, everything was incredible. Gabe was our server, and he was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout the entire meal. I had done my research ahead of time and had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to order, but Gabe did a great job giving us tips and pointers along the way. We will absolutely request him every time we come back! We started with the Rare Rita, a smoked Old Fashioned, calamari, and the wedge salad. The cocktails were just right. The Rare Rita is clarified, so it went down incredibly smooth without all the syrupy sweetness you sometimes get with a margarita. My husband’s Old Fashioned was smoked tableside, which was such a nice touch, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The chop salad was delicious—the lettuce was perfectly crisp and the dressing had so much flavor. The calamari was also fantastic and had the perfect amount of spice. And then…the pork chop. My gosh. We had a 4:30 reservation, so we were able to order the lunch pork chop before they stop serving it at 5, and it was hands down the best pork chop I’ve ever had in my life. You practically didn’t even need a knife. It was unbelievably tender, and the candied crust was incredible. The whipped potatoes were top-notch—so creamy—and the applesauce was the perfect complement to the pork. We also split the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection and truly amazing. Probably the best steak I’ve had in Gilbert…but somehow the pork chop still outshined it all. 😂 We finished with the dessert trio, which was exactly what we wanted after such a great meal: three perfect little bites of dessert, not too much and not too little. We truly had an incredible experience and will absolutely be back. Amazing food, wonderful service, and such a great date-night atmosphere. I’m so glad we have a restaurant like this right in our backyard!

This is the go-to spot if you want a great drink, an amazing meal, and an even better atmosphere. Perry’s never disappoints. The staff is always welcoming, the service is excellent, and the management does an amazing job making sure you’re taken care of. The bar has a great vibe and the whole place feels upscale without being overly formal. Whether you’re stopping in for dinner, drinks, or just a fun night out, Perry’s always delivers. Easily one of my favorite spots and somewhere I always look forward to coming back to. 5 stars every time 😎

An incredible experience from beginning to end! My husband and I visited Perry’s this past Saturday for our anniversary, and I can honestly say we were blown away by the entire experience. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, every detail was so thoughtfully handled. We arrived a little early for our 5:00 PM reservation, and even though we expected to wait a bit, we were seated within 5–10 minutes. Our table was actually one of the best seats in the house! We were in a booth backed up to the glass overlooking the kitchen, so we could enjoy the beautiful dining room in front of us while literally watching the kitchen work its magic behind us. As someone who loves food and cooking, I was absolutely fascinated by it! Since we were celebrating our anniversary, our table was decorated with rose petals, and several members of the staff congratulated us throughout the evening. Those little touches really stood out and made the night feel special. Our server, Jade, was absolutely wonderful and really added to an already amazing experience! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, and her recommendations were spot on from our drinks to our entrees and sides. She took the time to explain things and make sure we were enjoying everything, and you could genuinely tell that she cared about making our anniversary special. We couldn’t have asked for a better server! Hunter loved the Perry Berry Mule, and I am officially addicted to the Salted Caramel Espresso Martini! 😂 For dinner, Hunter ordered the 10 oz. filet mignon with the trio of sauces, and it was hands-down the best steak I have ever had. We had seen some reviews mentioning that the food was too salty, so we were a little nervous going in, but I can honestly say that was not our experience whatsoever. Everything was seasoned beautifully. The filet was unbelievably tender and flavorful, and those sauces were incredible. I ordered the famous pork chop, and now I completely understand the hype! The tableside carving and explanation of which parts to enjoy first and last was such a cool experience. The pork chop itself was smoky, beautifully caramelized, incredibly juicy, and so tender that I honestly couldn’t believe I was eating pork. We also ordered the Corn Brûlée, which we absolutely loved. It had just a little bit of a kick, and the caramelized sugar on top created the perfect sweet and savory combination. The portions of the sides for two were perfect for a date night, we were so full by the end that we had plenty to take home with us! We were unfortunately too full to try the Chocolate Jubilee Cake, but we’ll just have to save that for our next visit. I was also really impressed by how smoothly everything ran on a busy Saturday night. We were in and out in about an hour and a half, which I found impressive considering how busy the restaurant was and how much is prepared to order. As for the noise level, we honestly had no issue with it. Of course, a popular steakhouse on a Saturday night is going to be lively, and that was completely expected. It didn’t take away from our experience at all. Thank you to Jade and the entire Perry’s team for making our anniversary so memorable! The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the attention to detail from everyone we encountered was exceptional. We will absolutely be back, and honestly, we’ll be coming back just to see Jade again! ❤️ An amazing first experience at Perry’s, and definitely not our last!
