While I was looking forward to this experience I'd say it did hit the mark in a few places and missed in others. I'm glad I picked the à la carte option of 2 mains and 2 desserts. The Branzino main was a knock out of the park - like the fish was masterfully prepared, crisp skin and tender meat. I've never had fish skin so beautifully crisp like OMG. The mushrooms complimenting it were just as spectacular. The second main was the squab - little if I knew it's nothing but a young pigeon, I would've skipped it entirely as I'm not a fan; but the dish was good nevertheless. The tomato and fig ketchup was amazing and the figs were beautifully seared in the sauce.
The desserts...here is where both fell flat in their own places. The first was coconut six ways. Needless to say it was the most unique dessert I've ever tasted, what lacked was the sweetness. Oh dear that alone would've made it star of the night; they skimped on sugar, like seriously??? The next was the pear and I've had a better version in Paris. This one wasn't bad, like a bite containing all the elements of the dish was great, but individually there was nothing much to savour.
The dessert trolley was ok - the chocolate was amazing but the cherry tart was just terrible (putting it bluntly as it's a Michelin rated restaurant), very very soggy and tasteless. I'll still rate it a 4 given the other pluses mentioned above.
I'm not a stickler for ambience, but where I was seated it was really dull and they could've upped the decor like at least added a flower vase in the middle of the room.
What a beautiful evening from start to finish! Exceptional service and exquisite food! We loved that, while the ambiance is very formal, it's not uptight or stuffy, the servers were relaxed and friendly. The butter service was so fun and we really enjoyed trying all the different breads. We decided to order a la cart, and tried several different dishes. The dessert cart was lovely as well. This is the perfect choice for a special occasion dinner!
Absolutely loved it. Really impressive food and flavors. The truffle soup is just incredible. Pro tip: Dip it in the brioche bread they offer you at the start (not just the one that comes with it)
Also, if it’s still there, the Risotto is a can’t-miss.
Standout amazing service, even for a 2-3 star Michelin level.
One of the best meals of our lives
The staff. The food. everything about this establishment is top notch. We were celebrating our anniversary. Had a lovely meal. We were completely full and my wife was not feeling 100% so we asked about coming back for coffe and dessert later. We went for a walk on the strip and got on the high rollar. The mgmt sent me a text asking if we were returning and we were just exhausted. They invited us back the next evening on them. Unfortunately we were flying out the next day. But what a class act this restaurant is. If you have a special evening in mind. This is it
We will surely return on our next trip to Vegas
Dining at Guy Savoy in Las Vegas was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was flawless attentive without being intrusive, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome.
The tasting menu was a masterpiece. Each course was perfectly balanced, with the artichoke and black truffle soup being a real standout. The wine pairings elevated the experience even further, with thoughtful selections that complemented each dish beautifully.
The ambiance is elegant and quiet, ideal for a special evening or romantic dinner. Pricey, yes but absolutely worth it for the level of detail, flavor, and service. If you’re looking for a world class fine dining experience in Las Vegas, Guy Savoy is a must.
