As soon as I walked in the store it was empty at lunch time in retro spect this was the first red flag . As I approached customer service the employee instead of helping me or saying hello just gave me a cold hard stare w his droopy dog eyes from a heavy night of drinking imho, I couldn't tell if he was homeless or he worked there because he was hyper focused on the garage can instead of me as a customer. Also when I asked him a question he act like I was bothering him and it was simply just me saying hi I ordered my food & I'm showing proof of purchase. The shake shack employee he didn't even care that I showed proof of a $85+ purchase, instead he just told me yeah it's over here next to another garbage can. I'm sorry are you not allowed to order this food in advance before you get to the restaurant because my $10 chocolate Dubai shake was completely melted the pistachios clogged the straw I couldn't even drink it through the straw. The french fries had no seasoning on them. The burgers were well done and I didn't even ask for them to be well done. This shake shack added mustard on a barbecue bacon burger without my permission I never asked for mustard on a bacon BBQ Burger. The chicken nuggets with trenched in oil. The entire meal was a nightmare did I mention it made me throw up I have to report this on I was food poisoning website too . Never again will I ever eat at Westport CT Shake Shack. They gave me a QR code to take a picture of to report how did we do. When I took a picture of it my children's mother went insane crashed out said that they have a army of hackers that will hack your bank account so I was unable to leave a negative review on there I didn't pay for the meal through their card.

Food was ok. They didn’t have a lot of selections like many other ayce restaurants. The hibachi was the star of the show. The price was very reasonable for “off peak”. I spent $19 Overall, I may stop by again for dinner.
My experience at the Westport location was absolutely amazing! My friend and I were greeted by Nathaniel, who made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked through the door! He showed us where the menus and kiosks were located as well as checked on us as we were waiting for our order. Dishon was super friendly and helpful as he placed our order. We couldn’t decide on which drink we wanted, so he offered us a sample to help us make our decision. Our food order came out quickly and the food was amazing!!! Overall, I had a 10/10 experience and would dine at this location again! I would highly recommend others to the same.

Bacon was perfect as it should be. Both chicken and meat were prepared professionally. And in 2024 it’s great, to have 🍔 these hamburgers all over Europe. Thanks guys… 😋
