Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared! every dish was delicious. The service was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The ambiance was warm, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing meal, whether it's date night or dinner with friends. If you're looking for great MedItalian food paired with excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be back!
Had early dinner/merienda cena with a couple of workmates here last weekend. Chef Baba chatted us up a few times and also noticed other tables got the special treatment :) Getting firsthand feedback from customers is always good!
We started off with some fries, hummus, and the whipped feta and honey is something I'd come back for any day. We also got the shrimp francese arancini which was super flavorful. If I didn't have some dental work done week prior to dining here, I'd be polishing off several plates by myself.
We moved on to lamb and steak for mains. Again, flavored perfectly. All the plates are tapas style which suited my expected serving sizes. We all partook of each of dishes and were debating over dessert choices since we were pretty much full after all the sampling.
I'm glad we still got dessert, the creme brulee and the choco mousse cake are worth the drive. The wine and champagne pairings were spot on too! This resto is certainly worth the drive from out of town.
They just recently started opening for brunch as well. We look forward to our next informal workmate meet up here.
We went here because the rating was SO high. What a great disappointment. I will add the ratings are suspicious, a lot of 5 stars with zero comments.
We ordered the flaming steak medium-rare. Look at the photos medium way over cooked chewy and lacted flavor, the sides were undercooked and the potatoes and onions lacked flavor, under cooked. The chicken lollipop was the best part of the all the dishes. The lamb skewers were so salty, unedible. The meatballs, first order came cold and the meat was rock hard-dense no moisture to them. The second order the meatballs still dense, were warm, but the sauce was cold again. The oxe tail pasta was pretty darn good. The breads were really good, fresh and so were the dips.
This place doesn't know how to cook. They need a chef in the kitchen.
Service was great and so is the atmosphere.
I will never go back, the food is horrible.
Siena is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the chic, elegant, and modern atmosphere set the tone for a truly special dining experience.
Chef Baba was phenomenal — her warmth and hospitality made us feel like honored guests from start to finish. It's rare to find that level of genuine care and attention, and it made all the difference.
The food? Absolutely outstanding. The truffle manchego fries were irresistible — crispy, indulgent, and packed with flavor. But the star of the show for me was the whipped feta with burnt honey. The combination of creamy, tangy feta with that deep, caramelized sweetness was simply divine.
And the best part? All of this comes at a surprisingly reasonable price point. Siena delivers a fine dining feel without the fine dining bill. We will 100% be back — highly recommend!
We tried out this newer place for an anniversary date night, and the food and service (thanks Isabel!) was absolutely fantastic!! Every dish we tried was superb! Ordered apps: lamb skewers (omgggg…would order this EVERY TIME) & sweet potato falafel cake (small portion, but yummy). My husband got the oxtail (pasta dish- delicious but not enough protein for his preference) & I ordered Hen of the woods (creamy mushroom pasta dish + Steak/ good size portion) that now has to be one of my favorite meals ever… The flavors were 💯! A dish made just for me! Had a fruity mocktail & baklava cheesecake for dessert….also 10/10 for something delicious and different.
While we personally loved the quiet (empty) atmosphere & attentive service for a romantic date night, I truly hope this place gets packed out soon so that it can stay in Alpharetta & we can come back for seconds++! 💖
Also, easy parking!
