We absolutely loved our experience at Skirt Steak!
From the moment we walked in, everything felt intentional. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and effortlessly stylish. The simple, wood-forward design gives the restaurant a unique charm, creating a cozy yet modern setting that’s both elegant and comfortable. Nothing feels overdone, and that’s exactly what makes the place so special.
One thing we really appreciated was the limited menu. Instead of trying to do everything, they focus on doing a few things exceptionally well, and it truly elevates the entire experience.
The signature Skirt Steak was cooked perfectly and packed with incredible flavor. The fresh salad and the endless fries are the perfect companions, making the meal feel both simple and indulgent. We also ordered the Parmesan Zucchini, which was absolutely delicious and complemented the steak beautifully.
The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and perfectly paced. Our beer was served ice cold, making it even more refreshing, and the dessert was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal.

I enjoyed Skirt Steak so much. I truly feel like this restaurant offers quality and value! The garlic bread was outstanding. The steak was delicious, temperature was perfect and there was plenty to share. I loved the salad dressing. The fries were fresh & hot. The margarita was decent. Tasted good but I forget to ask for no salt on the rim. So that was on me.
Tried out a new restaurant and it did not disappoint. The menu is simple, but everything is executed at such a high level. The cocktails are top tier, the steak was incredibly delicious and tender, and the garlic bread is an absolute must-try.
A special shoutout to our server, Anayi, who truly made the experience even better; she was so pleasant, attentive, but in a way that was natural and authentic. She was also super knowledgeable about the menu, which we really appreciated.

They are open at 5pm. It’s very trendy. The service is impecable. The food is out of this world. It’s a pri fixe menu. Start off with a salad with a very yummy dressing made in house. Skirt steak served with never ending fries. We ordered the blooming onion. Garlic bread. Deviled eggs. Not part of the pre fixe. We had the carrot cake for dessert. The dessert cart comes to the table, love that. The bar menu is reasonable. We didn’t order drinks but the bar is packed with patrons for a reason I’m sure. It’s a really great place before or after a show or anything. Highly recommend.
