Spitz - Greenwood Village

As you can see by my last name above, I'm veryyyy picky about my Mediterranean food - especially if it's Greek-inspired. Even pickier when it comes to good vegan options, it's so easy to neglect the plant-based dishes and offer a sad falafel with not much else. I was over the moon that this place not only has rather robust, dedicated, clearly labeled vegan options, it's also delicious! The vegan gyro, complete with all the veggie fixins AND with fries inside (the only right way to do it), was perfect. Fluffy pita, plenty of flavor (pro tip: get the side of balsamic to drizzle on top for an extra punch), and the perfect size to leave you feeling satisfied and not stuffed. Highly recommend this place and am so happy to have a trustworthy fallback for a quick, healthy, filling meal without compromise!

Spitz is such a fun spot for Mediterranean food! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. I especially enjoyed the gyro and sweet potato fries, and the house-made sauces added a great touch. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff were friendly.

This is one of my favorite restaurants of al time and I am so happy to have them here in Denver. Super high-quality food that feels healthy and fresh. Remix bowl is my go-to order, absolutely delicious. If you haven’t had this food before, come try it, you’ll come back. Mediterranean food is slept on so much and this is a great place to try it for the first time. 10/10

Wow! First off, what a good vibe you get coming in. Place is modern, unique, inviting and very clean. Second, staff very friendly, professional and kind. Third, food- unbelievable! So yummy. Very fresh tasting and amazing flavors all around! I got the spitz gyro so I could have some fries in my gyro and we ordered a large sweet potato fries which are so goood! The sweet potatoes fries come with a super yummy sauce! Def will be coming back.
