Shoutout to the staff (4 people) on June 3rd 26 around 12:50pm! They got hit with a wave of people inside, drive thru full but was doing in fully locked in 🤟🏽 and still made my drink beautiful. One of the cashiers checked on me to ensure my drink was made. I’m very patient because I understand rush hour and demand but they did it hopefully they get a raise or something!!
Today I got a vanilla bean Frappuccino with strawberry puree and sweet cream with 2 scoops of vanilla bean powder. It was super delicious! The staff was great!

I don't leave a lot of negative reviews but they're really really slow here.. I mean REALLY slow.. I ordered my drink over 15 minutes ago and it's still not ready. It's a frequent problem so I felt the need to speak up. I was also late to work once because it took them almost 20 minutes (not exaggerating) to make my coffee, and I had ordered on mobile before I even left my house...
Update: they didn't mix in the matcha powder and it's sort of all in chunks in my drink....

I put a mobile order in for the drive through, and by the time I pulled up one of the items I ordered was sold out. The man let me pick out a similar item instead, but it’s annoying that the item wasn’t marked as sold out on the app. When I finally got to the window because I think the customer infront of me also had an issue bc they were there for almost 10 mins, it seems that the man who took my order just didn’t tell anyone that I picked another item and the woman assumed I was going to leave without and item I paid for, but she was very graceful after I informed her. I still had to wait another 5 mins. My food that I already got looked like it had been sitting for a long time, the cold foam had already mixed and my sandwich was no longer warm.As someone who also works in the food industry, these people need better training of how to resolve issues quickly, or just how to work faster in general, no one wants to spend over 20 mins in a drive through.

This is the best Starbucks location that I have been to in the metro Atlanta area. They offered excellent customer service, friendly barista, and a very comfortable workspace environment. I met with a buddy of mine and covered serious and light topics and felt like we were given adequate space to express ourselves and enjoy conversation Without offending or dominating the environment. An excellent store I intend to go back with great frequency. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏾🐺
