Definitely for the kids .. to be seen. TikTok bday songs & dance.
Food looked better than it actually was. Lacked seasoning. Notable drinks are ridiculously overpriced, especially for the non-alcoholic versions. The AC wasn't working upstairs in the back section.
Waiter; Henny was great in doing his best to serve and accommodate. He was a good part of the experience.
We had an amazing experience at Sugar Factory Atlanta! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A huge shoutout to our server, Christon, who made our entire experience absolutely fabulous. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The food was delicious, and every item we ordered was a hit. The Cookie Monster Milkshake and Birthday Cake Milkshake were not only incredible but also so much fun and picture perfect. The Everything Sampler was the perfect way to try a variety of favorites, and the signature goblet drink was a huge hit with the kids, they couldn't stop talking about it!
The adult beverages were equally impressive and expertly crafted. Between the amazing food, fun atmosphere, and exceptional service, this was an unforgettable dining experience. We can't wait to come back!
We had so much fun for our 10 year old's birthday party. Dom was THE BEST server!! He made our experience such a good time. We were also so thankful because we we lost one of our balloons and they went out of their way to get a ladder and get it back down for us. They made my birthday boy's day one to remember. The whole experience was wonderful.
Me and my twin sister and nieces had the best time the food was amazing and the desserts were out of this world. Henni was our server and he was amazing! Such a cutie! Koraan the manger made sure we had a great time! So glad we made the trip the atmosphere was stunning. We have a photo together through our giant mound of ice cream. Go to the Sugar Factory you will not be disappointed! Thank you!
When we walked in there was no AC and it was humid and everyone was sweaty and sticky. I felt like I had walked into an old west saloon.
The food looked interesting, but was completely bland. I ordered the Waffle Breakfast Burger and I feel like it needed syrup or powdered sugar or at least salt because how does it have so many ingredients and taste like nothing?I couldn't finish it. Same with the fries, I asked for salt and didn't get any.
We ordered the Cookie Skillet for dessert and it took actually forever (way longer than it took for the actual food for some reason) and it was okay, the "spaghetti ice cream" was a fail and didn't come out of the dispenser and they brought out candy that looked and tasted like it came out of one of those old quarter machines, and not the toppings listed in the description. (Y'all it's a 22 dollar cookie)
As for the ambiance- the building looks like it hasn't been fixed up in decades, and the music they blasted was from around then too. And I say blasted because it was so loud you couldn't talk and at one point they turned it up even louder. This place felt like it was trying to be cocktail lounge and a run down chuck-e cheese's at the same time.
I think for the price none of this was worth it. I think your casual diner franchise could give you better food and treats at a price that makes sense.
