The inside of this place is gorgeous, but honestly, it just joins the list of other beautiful restaurants in Fashion Square (like Élephante) that serve average food at a really high price point.
We went as a party of four. The food was definitely a mixed bag. The jamon iberico was really good, though the bread for the pan con tomate was weirdly hard to cut with the knife provided. The crab croquettas were the absolute highlight for me, and the pulpo was a huge hit with the rest of the table. Salmon tartar was just decent.
The biggest letdown was the paella negra. The black rice and the butter dollop were actually pretty tasty, but the proteins totally ruined it. The gulf shrimp and clams had absolutely zero flavor, and the shrimp was wildly overcooked. Not sure if that's a kitchen training issue or just how they do it, but it didn't work. I've had great tapas in other cities, and overall, the food here just felt borderline bland in comparison. The complimentary churros at the end were a great touch, though!
The drinks were a total miss. The carajillo tasted off, and the "Fancy a Carrot" was way too sweet. We actually had to send the Telefèric Sangria back—the menu lists a bunch of fancy ingredients, but it literally just tasted like cheap red wine loaded with a ton of cinnamon.
Service was okay but felt really clumsy. The food pacing was good and we weren't waiting long, but we heard plates crashing to the floor a bunch of times during our meal. Our waitress made two mistakes: she completely forgot the lobster tail we ordered with our paella, and she accidentally brought us meatballs instead of the pulpo. When we pointed it out, she graciously let us keep the meatballs and took them off the bill, which we really appreciated.
Also, while the dining room is stunning, the women's bathroom was pretty nasty with wet floors and seats.
Overall, 6.5/10. If you just want a beautiful room to sit in, it works, but this place just wasn't for me.

I had a chance to visit this wonderful restaurant in their soft opening. We sat at the bar and was promptly met by Darnell. His service was impeccable. He explained the menu, provided suggestions, and checked on us at the right moments.
As someone who has visited this location in Barcelona, the food did not disappoint. As competitive as the food market is in Scottsdale this place will stick if it can maintain the service and great food they prepared.
I celebrated my birthday dinner at Teleferic Barcelona and had such a fantastic experience! The team was incredibly accommodating with our large group of 15 and made the night memorable from start to finish.
The atmosphere instantly transported me back to my trips to Barcelona — vibrant, lively, and full of character. It’s so refreshing to see this kind of authentic Spanish cuisine coming to Scottsdale, especially when most new spots lately seem to be steakhouses with similar menu items. This restaurant truly stands out!
We tried a variety of tapas and everything was delicious — but my highlights were the octopus, any of the paellas, the jamón ibérico, and the beef Wellington. The cocktails were creative, beautifully presented, and matched the aesthetic of the entire space.
There was a slight delay with some items (understandable since they just opened and we had a big group), but the staff handled it with genuine hospitality. They were open to feedback, comped a few items, and even kept the energy up — shoutout to Gonzalo, who made the night so fun with his charisma (and a round of free shots!).
I was even able to bring my own birthday cake, which they served so kindly. Despite a few early-opening hiccups, the service and hospitality were top-notch. I truly can’t wait to come back — this place is going to be one of the hottest spots in Scottsdale!
Amazing food and service! Highly recommend. Kat was a great server, very patient and interactive. The paella is a must. Loved the croquettes. Service was fast but not pushy. The churros were fluffy, probably the best I’ve ever had.
The restaurant is beautiful, ambiance is great loved the dancers and vibe. Our server was okay, he didn’t know the menu and only recommended all the expensive things. Didn’t tell us about the signature sangria or any of the food. He seemed very inexperienced. Food was very lack luster. Not impressed and have been to all areas of Spain and of Spaniard decent the food was very subpar! We tried MANY MANY things and not one thing were we wowed or even liked. People that have been here are no way foodies or traveled or even understand good food. The Gamba’s were disappointed absolutely no bacon and mushy inside, the empanadas had zero flavor, the Spanish octopus was fried and nothing creative about it, the tomato salad was weird but honestly was one of the better things, the meatballs were okay, the tomato bread was atrocious and the potatoes were over sauced. Now the paella was AWFUL!!!! The pork chop was overcooked, dry and nothing creative smoke flavor and the rice was tasted like a bottle of burnt paprika. No one care we didn’t like it or no manager came over. Still charged us which is fine but it’s a one and done for us. Best thing we ate was churro dessert.
