Tesco Extra in Woolwich is the largest Tesco store in London. It functions like a full‑size hypermarket with a wide range of groceries, fresh food, bakery, in‑store food‑to‑go brands (like Costa Express, Krispy Kreme, YO! Sushi), F&F clothing, homeware, electronics, and general‑merchandise lines.
There was a wide variety of products. It was easy to find everything I needed in one place. The store was well stocked and convenient to shop in. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit.

You have a very nice store with a huge selection of products and plenty of shopping options. I really like the variety you offer.
However, one major issue is that one of the escalators is very often out of service. This is quite disappointing and really needs to be fixed.
Another point is that the store is often very crowded. It would be much better to have a more organized queuing system at the checkout, as the lines can become very long and confusing.
It would also be great if you offered more cold drinks in the refrigerators. There were hardly any chilled beverages available during my visit.
Overall, I enjoyed shopping here, but improving the escalators, organizing the checkout queues better, and keeping more cold drinks in stock would make the shopping experience much better. Thank you!

I had to use the customer toilet during my shopping, and I was genuinely shocked. It was one of the dirtiest public toilets I have ever seen.
The level of hygiene was completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. No customer should have to use facilities in that condition.
This urgently needs attention and improvement. I would appreciate a response explaining what action Tesco will take to address this issue.
