We highly recommend this place!
We were looking for somewhere to escape the incredible heat, and this restaurant was perfect because it has air conditioning indoors. But what surprised us even more was the outstanding service and food.
Honestly, after 10 days of traveling around Sicily, this was the best service we experienced. Thank you so much!
We also loved the food. We ordered the bruschettas, eggplant parmigiana, lasagna, and grilled octopus with spinach—everything was delicious.
As a complimentary starter, the restaurant serves fresh bread with excellent olive oil, which was a lovely touch.
We can confidently recommend this place and would happily come back.
We came in on a Sunday night because of the good reviews.
Although the staff was really nice and welcoming we were a bit disappointed by the food. The linguine were too salty and the tuna was too dry...
Maybe our expectations were too high but all in all, this restaurant is very close of offering a very good service.
Traditional great caecilian restaurant
We set in the middle of the street and had a wonderful lunch
Starting with the table bread Amazing!
I had the horse steak, it was delicious
Linguine with seafood and cherry tomatoes , wonderful
For dessert we got pure almond wine very smooth😁
The food was nice and the staff was friendly as well. We went in when no one was there, so the food was brought out rather quickly. The street in which the restaurant is located in is pretty and quiet.
The best restaurant we had in Catania, food was amazing, the stuffed sardines were excellent and the swordfish so well cooked. The owner was very friendly and even made us taste a homemade Marsala from his friend at the end. Highly recommended!
