Willows is one of my favourite brunch places in London, and honestly, it feels like a bit of a hidden gem. Their Scandinavian small‑plates concept is something I haven’t seen anywhere else in the city, and it makes the whole experience feel fresh, and a little bit special.
I visited in December and was really impressed by how accommodating the team were. I had to add two extra people to the booking at the last minute, and the staff handled it with genuine warmth and zero fuss. That set the tone for the whole visit — friendly, attentive service without ever feeling overbearing.
The food itself was exceptional. Every plate was beautifully fresh, full of flavour, and so well balanced that choosing what to order became the hardest part of the meal. Each dish complemented the next, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the ingredients and the combinations. My friends loved it just as much as I did.
I honestly can’t fault Willows. It’s stylish without being pretentious, the food is outstanding, and the service is exactly what you hope for but rarely get. We’ll definitely be back very soon.
Absolutely delicious breakfast experience! I had high expectations based on all the recommendations, and it truly lived up to them. The avocado with herb oil and banana bread were definite highlights, and the miso squash was exceptional. I enjoyed every bite and loved being able to mix and match different dishes.
Even though it was a busy Sunday brunch, the service was impressively quick. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—they managed to get us a table despite us not having a prior reservation. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a must-visit!
found this place through tiktok and it did not disappoint. everything tasted delicious and we enjoyed the build your own board concept. our favorites from our boards were the scrambled eggs and banana bread. however, it is on the pricey side as our total came out to around $60 usd.
Very fun restaurant. Being able to select the different parts of the board was a nice change and made it possible to try a variety of things. Though the portions didn’t look big, it was very filling and the 3 pieces were more than enough. Food came out quickly and was of good quality and very fresh. Drinks were also good.
Willows is a nice brunch spot if you have time and remember to book way in advance. Not sure if it is 100% worth the “hype” and price - and it can get really loud inside. It is good - but there are better brunch spots all over London.
