I ordered the $115 signature ribeye and asked for it to be medium rare. The chef brought it out about 30 minutes later and it looked great. Once I cut into it, I realized it was well done. It was hard to find any pink at all, not even close to medium rare. I usually try to just deal with it knowing the staff works hard but the first bite was beyond terrible, tasted like pure charcoal and steak rub.
