Such a lovely place in downtown Vancouver. The French pastry is on point and you can find a lovely variety of sandwiches. The service is super quick even though the coffee shop was full. The staff is friendly and very kind. The place is also beautiful and nicely decorated. A nice place to meet up with a group and friends. Nice friendly vibes. I highly recommend going if you are in Vancouver. We will be back for sure.
Chez nous definitely hit the spot when you are craving sweet or savoury treats!
They offer a great variety of pastries and I believe there is something for everyone. It’s honestly hard to choose just one item!
Grab a coffee and enjoy it with your pastries or take it to go and enjoy it at a park. They were a bit busy around noon on Sunday.
One of the most authentic French bakeries in the city. Most of the staff are French and you can tell be the pastries. Very delicious. The simple drink menu is also delicious and they do a great job with their drinks.ive been to a lot of coffee shops in dt Vancouver and many of them serve acidic coffee. The Coffee here was delicious.
I only wish they sold baguettes.
When I walked into the shop, I was welcomed by the wonderful smell of fresh bread and coffee. The display case was filled with so many delicious-looking breads that I couldn’t choose just one, so I picked a variety to take home. I enjoyed them with a nice strong cup of coffee.
The croissant was especially amazing! The staff were so friendly and kindly suggested some recommendations while I was deciding, which I really appreciated. The café itself is stylish and charming, with lots of family photos displayed, giving it such a warm and cozy atmosphere. I truly had a very comfortable and lovely time there.
This is definitely my number one café to visit again when I’m in Vancouver.
I’ll be back! Sending love and support from Kyoto ♫
One of the best pastries I have tried so far!! I loved the pain au lait. It’s I think one or the only place that has it. Not too sweet but also not flavorless. The perfect balance. I had high expectations of this place and was not disappointed. The inside is very cozy and even the bathroom has a unique design. The staff was patient and friendly too.
I tried their blueberry matcha, it’s an ok combination. I prefer the strawberry matcha. But the matcha itself was good and had a strong flavor, it didn’t taste like milk. Their banana brioche was also good, it’s on the sweeter side.
It’s hard to find a place where they always serve fresh and genuinely good pastries and drinks. But this place is a gem, I highly recommend!
Update: went back to try their mushroom sandwich and it’s DELICIOUS! One of the best I have tried so far, the sauce is flavorful but not overly cheesy. It’s crunchy and filling.
