Additional Details
Chick-fil-A restaurants are famously closed on Sundays.
Weekdays during lunch and dinner hours are typically the busiest. Mornings are busy with breakfast orders. Weekends can also be busy, especially during peak meal times.
I ordered a grilled sandwich through the mobile drive thru and they asked me to park in one of the drive thru spots. First of all, there were none available, people who go inside the restaurant park there so you need a better system. 2nd my order was incorrect. It was missing items and the chicken was fried not grilled. This js not the first time they make me wait for a grilled sandwich. If you cannot fulfill the order in a timely manner don’t offer it through the drive thru. What a waste of time and money! Ridiculous.
Food was good as always, workers are extremely kind and well mannered as always, but the drive thru line and wait was extremely long.
They didn't have the workers standing outside taking orders and accepting payments at this time, so every single car got their food and paid at the same time. Even the mobile order line was packed.
That being said, once we got to the main window, they asked our name and bing, bang, boom - we paid and immediately were handed our food. Food was hot, fresh and our order was perfect.
The team did an excellent job, though they were swamped with customers. Everyone was working hard yet still kept a smile on their face. Kudos to all of them!

I placed a catering at this location on June 1st for an event date of June 13th. It was a large order for my son’s high school graduation. The order went through with no issues. On the morning on June 12th (while I was attending my son’s graduation) I received a call stating the catering order could not be delivered to our home. That I would need to pick a public business location and meet them there due to their policy. I have a history of ordering catering from Chick-Fila that was delivered to my home (from a different location) so I was confused and frustrated with this call. I pushed back asking for clarification, and told them multiple times that they shouldn’t be waiting until the day before the event to call about this and that their “policy” doesn’t align with the concept of catering. If I wanted to pick up the order I would have selected that option and saved money (catering costs more). I called 2 different locations in our city and both stated they do deliver catering orders to a person’s home. I called the Friendly location back and they said that this is a “store specific” policy. I told them that if I had known this up front I would have not chosen to order catering from them. They should not allow catering orders online to home addresses if they refuse to provide that service and/or should call a consumer immediately to confirm that it’s not a home address rather than waiting until the last minute to notify someone. Essentially ,I paid for catering prices and services and had to pick up the order.

We had a very unpleasant experience at the mobile thru around 10am today. Our food was missing all of the sauces, and we didn’t even receive forks for our bowl. We were also told our cone and coffee would be brought out to us, so we patiently waited.
When an employee with blonde hair
came over, she asked if we had a second order. We explained that we were waiting on a cone and coffee, but before we could even mention the missing sauces, she turned around and walked away. When she came back, we finally let her know what sauces we needed. She responded, “We don’t have honey,” and then walked away again after handing us the sauces without saying anything else.
I understand that mornings can be stressful, but there was no reason for the attitude. We come to this location regularly, and this was our first unpleasant experience here. Hopefully this was an isolated incident, because basic courtesy goes a long way.

I normally don’t eat at CFA (we all know the corporate issues) but my coworkers chose this for dinner and I was the pick up guy. Becky, the manager, is the kindest most helpful person I’ve encountered in food service in a very, very long time. She was extremely helpful and came up with a solution that saved my ass. The other staff were kind and helpful as well, and got my food out in a flash so I would have time to eat before my break ended. Please give her a raise.
