Slow and chaos at the same time.. Why is the girl in blue eating while making orders..? Walking around and not paying attention to the drive thru. The people in the drive thru had to get her attention to get their order and she's walking up to the windows chewing and with food in her hand. That's gross and should not be allowed. They're already not wearing gloves..
I told them I was there to pick an order. They said OK then I waited 10mins. I asked about the order again and then they said they forgot and started making the order.
The only one in there doing any work was the young gentleman with the braided hair. I even saw him help a deaf customer and he didn't know sign language. This was Sat May 2nd, around 11am
I haven’t gone to dunkin’ since the beginning of 2019, so i thought it would be nice to go and taste their donuts again. When we got there we ordered a strawberry glazed, vanilla glazed, an old fashioned, a chocolate milk and a coffee. The chocolate milk and donuts were quick however i was waiting for TEN minutes for the coffee just to be told by the worker that it was there on the mobile order rack. Im sorry did i order that on a mobile order? No, i didnt, the worker couldve easily slid the coffee across the counter. When i got my coffee from the rack it was lukewarm. Food was okay, service? ehhh

The food was decent, however the atmosphere is always off as well as the service.
In the morning I keep seeing the brown haired woman who tend to be on the food area always being passive aggressive with customers and even sometimes workers. One time I went there and an old lady was just asking about the honeybun they had, if it could be warmed and all she did was talk over her, being rude and aggressive while the lady was very sweet. Another one was when it was a full lobby and she kept being aggressive towards the girl with a short haircut and it looked like she was always targeting her, and it felt like the girl with short hair was about to cry. There’s been a few times I even came at 6:10 with my father and the girl who was supposed to come in didn’t even arrive till 6:30, saying she wakes up late. If this is what Dunkin standards are for their workers than they should review their workers policy, because it is very discouraging to see how it treated to others and their own workers. Especially on the customer side.

The only thing consistent here is the inconsistency. And for that you're going to pay about $1.25+ more than the other local DD for coffee drinks. Most of the food taste freezer burnt. Service depends on the day but staff is always rotating and in training so you get what u get, apparently coffee is hard. Mgmt speaks very rudely to staff ( heard through window) and relays msgs instead of addressing customer concerns. Just get it all black and strong.

This Dunkin’ visit was a pleasant one. I have ordered two donuts and both were nice, nothing special tho. Then I had the pumpkin flavoured latte drinks, now these left my tastebuds tingling, they were herbal, pumpkin and this taste warmed my soul. I also ordered toasted bread, which were surprisingly very good, fresh and warm with cheese and pesto.
Staff was friendly.
Overall, great experience.
