My first time and we enjoyed the amazing service! The food was very delicious and I had a juicy American cheeseburger that was packed with flavors. The fries were hot and very tasteful! The server we had, Adriana was very attentive and friendly! Provided friendly service! We were both very satisfied with the whole experience! Can see us coming again!

We visited Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers and had one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time.
From the moment we arrived, the restaurant was extremely busy, clearly a big crowd coming in to watch Ultimate Fighting Championship fights, but we were immediately greeted by a manager. We got lucky with a table opening up right as we walked in and were seated right away.
Ryan, the manager, went above and beyond. He took our drink order and let us know the servers were slammed (which was obvious), but he made sure we were taken care of without missing a beat. He even took our food order, and everything came out correctly and in a timely manner, which was honestly impressive given how packed the restaurant was.
Throughout our visit, Ryan was constantly moving, greeting guests, managing the waitlist, and supporting his team, all while maintaining a calm, welcoming presence. It was clear he was leading by example and ensuring every guest had a great experience.
The food was delicious, as always, and a big shoutout to the kitchen staff for maintaining quality despite the high volume of orders.
Huge credit to Ryan and the entire team. Even under pressure, they delivered exceptional service. That kind of leadership truly makes all the difference.
Well done! 👏

Elisa was our server and came in hot (but not too hot) with waters and drink orders almost immediately. She checked on us just enough to be attentive without hovering: basically the Goldilocks of service.
Now, the drinks, because priorities.
Peach Smash: Maker’s Mark, peach, lemon, mint. The bourbon shows up fashionably late but makes a respectable appearance. The lemon keeps everything bright and balanced so it doesn’t wander into peachy cough syrup territory. Solid, easy sipper, would be perfect for a summer patio brunch.
Velvet Sunset: Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit Rose, lemon juice, Chambord, simple syrup, soda. This one was a miss for me. I’m blaming the Chambord, it and I are simply not on speaking terms. That said, hubby happily drank it, so clearly this cocktail has its people… I am just not one of them.
Cherry Squirt: Skyy Cherry vodka, pomegranate syrup, Fever Tree sparkling Sicilian lemonade, cherry. IT’S. SO. GOOD. If Sonic’s cherry limeade grew up, got a fake ID, and learned how to behave in public, this would be it. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet, dangerously drinkable. I would’ve loved a little more fizz, but I like my drinks bubbly enough to question my life choices.
And then… the burger.
Build Your Own Burger on an artisan bun with an Angus chuck patty, bleu cheese, bacon, sautéed onions, pickle, spicy mayo, and tots. We added chili and cheese to the tots because we aren't monsters. After a recent burger letdown elsewhere, this restored my faith in ground beef. Perfectly pink, insanely juicy, cheese melting everywhere like it understood the assignment. The spicy mayo had a sneaky kick that absolutely worked with everything instead of overpowering it.
In short: great service, cocktails with personality, and a burger that deserves a standing ovation. We will absolutely be back, and I'll probably ordering that Cherry Squirt again. And again. And probably again.

Here now 2/5 @130pm. Cincinnati Dog not great, blah beef chili NOT worth $15, fries nothing special not worth $2.50 upgrade. The lucy-fer burger… nasty. So much buffalo sauce cant even taste the burger

Went here for two world cup games and things were great, but then I got charged for two additional shots that I didn't get. (We closed our tab because the person I was with was leaving) I had already paid for them before realizing and when I brought it up to the bartender they got the manager who offered two $10 gift cards for next time.
Great. But when I tried ordering another drink after the other person left I was told that I was cut off. Basically because I called them out for overcharging they refused service. So beware and make sure to double check your receipts.
