The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. All the pastries are freshly made, and you can taste the difference straight away. Flaky, warm, and full of flavour proper quality. A brilliant spot in central London. Highly recommend.
Possibly one of my favorite bakeries in London.
First of all, the pastries are top notch. So fresh and balanced (even the more elaborate ones like the tiramisu croissant don’t feel like too much).
So far I tried the tiramisu croissant, ham & double cheese suisse, pain suisse chocolate. They were all 10/10. Definitely want to try every last one as they all look so delicious.
Second, I absolutely love the space. While the ground floor has that lively bakery buzz, the downstairs seating area feels like a hidden little cafe. The warm wooden details, textured glass lighting, off-white walls, plants, and vintage touches give it a timeless, lived-in feel, like the kind of place that’s quietly been there for years.
It’s definitely the kind of place you end up staying longer than you planned. It does get a quite busy during the weekends, but there’s plenty of seating to make up for it.

Amazing place. Just amazing! Always saw them on Instagram and went immediately when I visited London and can just say you should definitely try them. Loved their Tiramisu croissans and also the Danish with Raspberry. Tasted, the dough and the cream were just amazing and I really enjoyed to make my hands dirty. They have a big variety of dessers and also salty ones which keep coming from the kitchen. The staff is very friendly, loves to inform and give you good advise. Also liked it that the manager was in interaction with customers and was even helping with cleaning. The atmosphere is great, inside it is bright and also they have a large room downstairs. During they it can be busy so you can expect some waiting time but it is definitely worth it. Thank you Fred!

Absolutely loved this place! The croissants were fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Everything we tried was amazing. The owner and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. You can really feel the passion they put into their food and service. We will definitely come back the next time we’re in London. Highly recommended!

I'm not usually a big fan of croissants, but Fred has taken them to a completely different level. The variety and quality of their croissants are simply outstanding.
I picked up a selection of pastries for a business meeting, and everyone loved them so much that we almost forgot we were there to discuss work!
Even though I arrived just a few minutes before closing, everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. On top of the amazing food, the staff truly represented the brand in the best possible way—they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
A special thank you to the barista, Jan, who kindly made me a delicious iced latte despite the coffee machine already being shut down. And thank you as well to the lovely lady at the till whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask—I really wish I had.
This is definitely a place I'll be coming back to. Friendly people, exceptional service, and some of the best croissants I've ever had.
P.S. Everything was fantastic, but if you only try one thing, make it the Tiramisu Croissant. You won't regret it!
