Such amazing service, good vibes and great food. My daughter and I randomly Googled food in the area and pulled up to Gus's. We will be back, without a doubt.
The staff were very nice, pleasant and upbeat! I got pie and ice cream which was really good. My husband enjoyed his chicken but was not a fan of the sides he chose. I will definitely be back due to the service alone. It was so good that we tipped another waitress who didn’t even wait on us but she was very nice!

Finally made it to Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken while I was in Dallas, and I totally get why people recommend it. I ordered the fried chicken with fries and baked beans, and everything came out hot and fresh. The chicken had that perfect crispy skin with just a little kick to it, and the meat stayed super juicy all the way through. The sides were really good too and actually tasted homemade instead of just being there to fill the plate. The staff was friendly, got our food out pretty quick, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The place had a chill, old-school vibe that made the whole experience even better. The portions were generous, the prices felt fair, and I definitely left full. If I’m back in Dallas and craving fried chicken, this is one of the first places I’ll be pulling up to again.

Awesome fried chicken. The lemonade was very sweet in my opinion. Customer service was extremely slow for dine in options. Plenty of indoor seating and paid parking only. You can ask the restaurant for free parking voucher.
